Casa Quince is situated on an exclusive gated development consisting of just 20 properties. A two minute stroll brings you to the supermarket, along with a number of restaurants and bars, ideal for family dining and entertainment. Cala Egos boast 2 white sandy beaches, within a 5 minute walk. The prestigious Cala D’or Marina is just a few minutes walk away, where you can just enjoy a stroll around the stunning yatchs or sit and have a meal or drinks in this luxurious setting. Within a few miles is the prestigious 18 hole Vall D’or Golf Club where you can hire golf clubs and equipment. This is a beautiful, new first floor apartment that has all brand new furniture. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and new white bedding, a bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes. Fully air conditioned. Bathroom with toilet, sink with mirrors above, bath and shower. Towels supplied. full kitchen has large upright fridge freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, ample supply of utensils and crockery. There is a small patio balcony off of the kitchen with 2 chairs to enjoy the evening sunset. Dining area has table and chairs. Lounge area has a large modern comfortable sofa (converts to additional single bed if needed). Large flat screen TV with sky, glass patio doors leading to a large patio terrace that stretches from the front of the property to the back, furnished with 2 sun loungers, outside dining table and 4 chairs, this has front views to pool area. There is also an additional internal staircase on the landing leading to a very private roof terrace.

Great accommodation

We recently returned from a lovely family holiday at Casa Quince. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was well equipped and nicely decorated.

The location is great for a quiet holiday and we were impressed with the pools which were never crowded.

Overall a lovely apartment in a nice, quiet location within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Very nice property, clean and good location

We enjoyed our stay. Only a couple of points to mention:

1. The shower access is very difficult for older people and would benefit from a handrail (which seems to have been present since there are drill holes evident)

2. The light in the lower hallway appears not to work if the power is off in Nr 2.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful apartment

We stayed in the 1 bedroom first floor apartment in Casa Quince. It was like a perfect little home from home. Very clean and well appointed with everything you could need plus a few special additions like the roof terrace, BBQ terrace and well maintained communal pool area where we spent a lot of our time.

Although the complex was child friendly it wasn't overwhelming for us as a couple, despite being in the 6 week school holiday. There was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment felt private and not overlooked. Noise was never an issue.

Marina D'or III is within a 2 minute walking distance of Cala Egos centre and the supermarket. It is also only a 2 minute walk to catch the road train around the marina and into Cala D'or centre. Not to mention being close to a lovely beach at Cala Egos also.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely return. Jackie made us feel at home and was on hand to help should we have any questions. We were enamoured with the place by the time we left!

Our recommendations for food: Molly's (for wholesome dinner in Cala Egos), Indiana Johns (for curry in Cala D'or) and Tony's (for breakfast in Cala Egos).

Our recommendations for drink: Cheeki Tiki (for cocktails in Cala D'or).

A beautiful well kept villa!

We have had a fantastic break at this villa, its a great location and complex is very safe for familys with children. The apartments are beautifully presented, clean, spacious and well equipped, beds are comfortable, ample wardrobe space. Kitchens are very well equipped. The outside areas are well kept and pools clean. Jackie was so professional and helpful. Jackie organised all taxis, answered all question no matter how small!! Was very clear with instructions and directions. I would highly recommend this villa and complex to friends and family and will definitely be visiting again. Thanks again!

We have realised a dream in buying this property, it is something we have spoken about for years. We really feel Casa quince is in an ideal location, which is why we fell in love with it. Everything is in walking distance, beaches, shops, restaurants and bars, and the stunning Marina. We have holidayed in Cala egos many times over the years and always feel the need to come back.

Cala d'or is an internationally renowned tourist resort, famous for its architecture of low white buildings, surrounded by the coastal pine trees. It's many small bays provide safety and beauty for the family holiday. The natural harbour of Cala Longa is one of the most modern yacht marinas on the island, and provides an extensive range of services for the nautical community together with fine dining that the many restaurants offer, including the prestigious Yacht Club.


Palma airport is approx 40 minutes by car. Buses and taxi stands are within a few minutes walk. Buses run into Palma and other local attractions. Car hire is available from Palma airport, booking recommended to secure the best rates, although car hire is not essential. A tourist trolley train runs through Cala Egos into Cala D'or.


Cala d'or is 1.5km. A few minutes by car or a scenic 20 minute stroll through the stunning marina of Cala Longa. Val d'or golf club is a few minutes drive away, clubs and buggies available for hire, also has a great restaurant on site. Cala Mondrago, the national park and area of special interest is approx 5 minutes by car. Palma with its historic buildings and cobbled streets has a vast selection of shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions is approx 40 mins by car.

Further Details:

There are 2 water parks, the nearest approx 30 mins drive away. Cala Egos has a selection of restaurants and bars to suit every taste. There is also a chemist, supermarkets, shops, ATM machine and bureaux de change. Boat trips and yacht hire are available from the marina.

Booking enquirys can be made directly via the owners direct availability link or by phone or e mail. An security deposit of £150.00 per apartment is required refundable on return. This is a No Smoking property.

Changeover Day:
The property is available from 3pm of the date of arrival. The property should be vacated by 11am on the date of departure. We will try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your requirements although this cannot be guaranteed.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made by bank transfer or if prefered you could send a cheque to my home address. An security deposit of £150.00 per apartment is required with the final balance payment.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

Casa quince has the added advantage of being a duplex style, therefore providing 2 separate private individual apartments or the whole large 3 bedroom house, with additional living and kitchen space, making it ideal for extended families, equally ideal for small groups or couples. When we holidayed here I loved the well maintained lush pretty gardens and the fact that the whole complex is gated and very secure.

  • Notes on accommodation: Casa quince is situated at the shallow end of the pool designed for children and can be seen directly from our terraces and the gated garden area. The complex is very safe and secure with gates to the outside area only accessible through the keypad entry system. Bath towels and linen are provided. This property is very well equipped and has been furnished to a very high standard. Outside: Set amongst palm trees this complex is maintained to a very high standard. There are 2 private pools with an elevated bubble pool and water chute feature. The outside terraces and gardens areas of this property are furnished with patios table and chairs and sun umbrellas also sun bed loungers. Car parking is available secured through electronic gates.
