This is a beautiful, new ground floor apartment that has all brand new furniture. It has 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed, new white bedding, 2 bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. 1 bedroom has 2 single beds, new white bedding a bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes. Fully air conditioned. Bathroom has toilet, bath, shower and sink with hair dryer and mirrors above. Towels are supplied. Full kitchen has a large upright fridge freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, an ample supply of kitchen utensils and crockery. Iron, ironing board and airer. The dining area has a table with 5 chairs. The lounge area has a flat screen TV with sky, free wifi, large comfortable modern sofa which converts to additional single bed if needed, with glass patio doors leading onto a securely gated patio/garden area which has direct access to the shallow end of the pool area, and is furnished with an outside dining table, 6 chairs, sun parasol and 2 sun loungers. Casa Quince Fab!

We Had a Fantastic two weeks at Casa Quince 2 Bed Apartment, Many Thanks to Jackie for all her help Booking our Transport & During our stay. Nothing was too much trouble!

We really could not have picked a better place to stay. The children loved the pool and making new friends. The lovely apartment is very well placed for great restaurants, shops and local beaches. Everything we needed was close by, which made our stay so special that we are coming back again next year!

Lovely apartment in a great location

Jackie couldn't have been more helpful with the arrangements for our stay, from helping with the travel cot to booking taxis to and from the airport for us. The apartment is exactly as described, very comfy and clean and to a very high standard. Location wise, you couldn't ask for better, its about 20 mins walk from the Cala d'or marina, in Cala Egos. We loved being in this smaller and more chilled out area, it was literally a five minute walk to two of the lovely beaches, and to get to Cala d'Or side, you could always hop on the blue 'road train' which does a loop round to Cala d'Or, and then another yellow train does the loop to cala Gran and Cala Esmerelda, so everywhere is completely accessible (even with a 5 month old and a 4 year old in tow!). The supermarket is so near, but we were delighted on our late arrival that Jackie had left a few essentials in a welcome pack for us so we didn't need to rush out till the next morning. Cala Egos shops and restaurants are just past that, and we had a few lovely meals - no need to go to Cala d"or for them. There is a bus that runs to Cala Mondrago from Cala Egos too, which was a better option for us than the taxi rank with having two kids needing car seats.

The complex itself is secured via gates, and is very well maintained. The patio area at the back leads via a gate to a path which then goes down to the shallow end of the communal swimming pool, which was fantastic, albeit a little cold in May at 8am when my 4 year old insisted on using it. You can't see the pool from the garden, but it is convenient for going inbetween. All in all we were delighted with the service we received, the apartment and the location and would definitely recommend it to friends. Thank you!

Lovely apartment in a great area

Jackie couldn't have been more helpful in helping us with our stay, from taking pics of the travel cot, to booking our taxi with a great firm to and from the airport. The apartment was absolutely lovely, so near to two fantastic beaches and only a short walk to the marina and the main area of Cala d'Or. Or even more fun - take the road train which does a loop through to Cala d'Or and onwards to the Cala Gran and Cala Esmerelda beaches. Buses run from the village to Cala Mondrago at the national park, or there is a taxi rank at the end of the road too. There is a large supermarket at the end of the road, with everything you need - however arriving late, we were absolutely delighted to see that Jackie had arranged a 'welcome pack' with some essentials - including a very welcome Sangria. Its a short stroll to some lovely restaurants so no need to venture as far as Cala D'Or for a great meal. The pool is brilliant, if a little chilly in May at 8am when my 4 year wanted to go in it. The small patio has a gate which leads to a path down to the shallow end of the pool, so whilst you can't see the kids from the garden, you can nip in and out with ease. The complex itself is superbly maintained and secure with gated entry, and the apartment was done to a very high standard and was spotless when we arrived. We didn't need the air conditioning units, but can imagine that would be a must come the middle of summer. All in all, we were delighted with the service and the apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends. Thank you for a fab stay.

We have realised a dream in buying this property, it is something we have spoken about for years. We really feel Casa quince is in an ideal location, which is why we fell in love with it. Everything is in walking distance, beaches, shops, restaurants and bars, and the stunning Marina. We have holidayed in Cala egos many times over the years and always feel the need to come back.

Cala d'or is an internationally renowned tourist resort, famous for its architecture of low white buildings, surrounded by the coastal pine trees. It's many small bays provide safety and beauty for the family holiday. The natural harbour of Cala Longa is one of the most modern yacht marinas on the island, and provides an extensive range of services for the nautical community together with fine dining that the many restaurants offer, including the prestigious Yacht Club.


Palma airport is approx 40 minutes by car. Buses and taxi stands are within a few minutes walk. Buses run into Palma and other local attractions. Car hire is available from Palma airport, booking recommended to secure the best rates, although car hire is not essential. A tourist trolley train runs through Cala Egos into Cala D'or.


Cala d'or is 1.5km. A few minutes by car or a scenic 20 minute stroll through the stunning marina of Cala Longa. Val d'or golf club is a few minutes drive away, clubs and buggies available for hire, also has a great restaurant on site. Cala Mondrago, the national park and area of special interest is approx 5 minutes by car. Palma with its historic buildings and cobbled streets has a vast selection of shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions is approx 40 mins by car.

Further Details:

There are 2 water parks, the nearest approx 30 mins drive away. Cala Egos has a selection of restaurants and bars to suit every taste. There is also a chemist, supermarkets, shops, ATM machine and bureaux de change. Boat trips and yacht hire are available from the marina.

Casa quince has the added advantage of being a duplex style, therefore providing 2 separate private individual apartments or the whole large 3 bedroom house, with additional living and kitchen space, making it ideal for extended families, equally ideal for small groups or couples. When we holidayed here I loved the well maintained lush pretty gardens and the fact that the whole complex is gated and very secure.
