Casa Quince is situated on an exclusive gated development consisting of just 20 properties. A two minute stroll brings you to the supermarket, along with a number of restaurants and bars, ideal for family dining and entertainment. Cala Egos boast 2 white sandy beaches, within a 5 minute walk. The prestigious Cala D’or Marina is just a few minutes walk away, where you can just enjoy a stroll around the stunning yatchs or sit and have a meal or drinks in this luxurious setting. Within a few miles is the prestigious 18 hole Vall D’or Golf Club where you can hire golf clubs and equipment. This beautiful, fully air conditioned house features; 1: Double bed with 2 bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. 2: 2 single beds with a bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes. 3: Double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. 2 full bathrooms fitted with toilet, sink with mirror above, bath and shower. Ground floor; lounge area has all new furniture, including large comfortable modern sofa bed. Flat screen TV with sky, free wifi, dining area with table and 5 chairs. Full kitchen includes large upright fridge freezer, ceramic hob, microwave oven, washing machine, ample supply of cooking utensils and crockery. Iron, ironing board, clothes airer, safes. First floor has same specification but with 3 dining chairs. Ground floor has securely gated patio/garden area, which leads directly to the shallow end of pool area and is furnished for outside dining, with 2 loungers. First floor has an internal staircase leading to a very private roof terrace with panoramic views over the mountains

Would just like to say how much we enjoyed the apartment and the complex in Cala Egos. The apartment was just the right size for 2 people and having the choice of terrace was great. Some good sunbathing on the roof and being able to sit in the shade on the large terrace in the evening was really pleasant. Having a great week of sun capped it all and the weather just got hotter everyday, Saturday being 30 degs. Thanks Julie

Beautiful, well maintained villa and complex. Ideal for families.

Close to the centre of Cala egos and two fantastic beaches. Plenty of places to eat in a safe pedestrianised centre.

We all loved it and would recommend it without hesitation. Jackie organised our airport transfer and was a great help when we accidentally locked our passports and money in the safe! Would definitely return

A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom first floor apartment in Casa Quince. It was like a perfect little home from home. Very clean and well appointed with everything you could need plus a few special additions like the roof terrace, BBQ terrace and well maintained communal pool area where we spent a lot of our time.

Although the complex was child friendly it wasn't overwhelming for us as a couple, despite being in the 6 week school holiday. There was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment felt private and not overlooked. Noise was never an issue.

Marina D'or III is within a 2 minute walking distance of Cala Egos centre and the supermarket. It is also only a 2 minute walk to catch the road train around the marina and into Cala D'or centre. Not to mention being close to a lovely beach at Cala Egos also.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely return. Jackie made us feel at home and was on hand to help should we have any questions. We were enamoured with the place by the time we left!

Our recommendations for food: Molly's (for wholesome dinner in Cala Egos), Indiana Johns (for curry in Cala D'or) and Tony's (for breakfast in Cala Egos).

Our recommendations for drink: Cheeki Tiki (for cocktails in Cala D'or).

Fantastic apartment, complex and location.

We had a superb week at Casa Quince, the photos look great but still don't do it justice, we stayed in the 1 bed, it is spacious and clean with all 'mod cons' and the roof terrace is a treat, everything you need for a relaxing break is within touching distance, beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and a lovely marina. Would definitely recommend a visit and we will certainly be returning.

We have realised a dream in buying this property, it is something we have spoken about for years. We really feel Casa quince is in an ideal location, which is why we fell in love with it. Everything is in walking distance, beaches, shops, restaurants and bars, and the stunning Marina. We have holidayed in Cala egos many times over the years and always feel the need to come back.

Nearest Airport : Palma at 50 Miles Nearest Barpub : Sparkles at 120 Metres Nearest Beach : Cala Egos, & Cala Pou, at 100 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Cala d'or is an internationally renowned tourist resort, famous for its architecture of low white buildings, surrounded by the coastal pine trees. It's many small bays provide safety and beauty for the family holiday. The natural harbour of Cala Longa is one of the most modern yacht marinas on the island, and provides an extensive range of services for the nautical community together with fine dining that the many restaurants offer, including the prestigious Yacht Club.

Travel:

Palma airport is approx 40 minutes by car. Buses and taxi stands are within a few minutes walk. Buses run into Palma and other local attractions. Car hire is available from Palma airport, booking recommended to secure the best rates, although car hire is not essential. A tourist trolley train runs through Cala Egos into Cala D'or.

Distances:

Cala d'or is 1.5km. A few minutes by car or a scenic 20 minute stroll through the stunning marina of Cala Longa. Val d'or golf club is a few minutes drive away, clubs and buggies available for hire, also has a great restaurant on site. Cala Mondrago, the national park and area of special interest is approx 5 minutes by car. Palma with its historic buildings and cobbled streets has a vast selection of shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions is approx 40 mins by car.

Further Details:

There are 2 water parks, the nearest approx 30 mins drive away. Cala Egos has a selection of restaurants and bars to suit every taste. There is also a chemist, supermarkets, shops, ATM machine and bureaux de change. Boat trips and yacht hire are available from the marina.

Booking enquirys can be made directly via the owners direct availability link or by phone or e mail. A security deposit of £150.00 per apartment is required together with the final balance. This is a No Smoking property.

Changeover Day:
The property is available from 3pm of the date of arrival. The property should be vacated by 11am on the date of departure. We will try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your requirements although this cannot be guaranteed.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, or if prefered a cheque can be sent to my home address. A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £150.00 per apartment is required together with the final balance.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

Casa quince has the added advantage of being a duplex style, therefore providing 2 separate private individual apartments or the whole large 3 bedroom house, with additional living and kitchen space, making it ideal for extended families, equally ideal for small groups or couples. When we holidayed here I loved the well maintained lush pretty gardens and the fact that the whole complex is gated and very secure.

The complex is very safe and secure with gates to the outside area only accessible through the keypad entry system. The complex is very family freindly and maintained to a very high standard. Bath towels and linen are provided. This property is very well equipped and has been furnished and kept to a very high standard. Outside: Set amongst palm trees and lush gardens this complex is maintained to a very high standard. There are 2 private pools with an elevated bubble pool and water chute feature. The outside terraces and gardens areas of this property are furnished with patios table and chairs and sun umbrellas also sun bed loungers. Both apartments have BBQs. Secured car parking is available through electronic gates on the complex. The pool area has a Table tennis, also sun loungers for guests using the upstairs appartment
