Quietly tucked away just two minutes’ walk from a wide and sandy, dune backed beach, this very comfortable and well furnished, single storey property lies a short stroll from an extensive range of amenities. Newly refurbished, and equipped to an exceptionally high standard, it is perfect for all age groups – a family friendly pub and restaurant are only 300 yards away, and shops, theatre, a swimming pool, sports centre, cycle hire, a skate park and a Sun Centre, with indoor water slides and wave machine, are all under 0.5 miles. A wealth of lively facilities, including go karts, nightclubs and an amusement arcade, can be enjoyed in Rhyl, 1 mile. Conwy’s magnificent castle and fine shopping in Llandudno are about 20 miles distant, whilst the Roman city of Chester is renowned for its cultural attractions as well as its superb shopping opportunities. Golf, fishing, tennis and riding can all be found nearby and Snowdonia’s spectacular mountains and outdoor pursuits are under an hour away.

About Steven hill

I have been married now for 24 years and have 3 fantastic children, having enjoyed living in the area all my life, my parents had their own restaurant and guest house since I was 9 years old so I grew up dealing with the general public from a very early age. I always hoped I would one day have my own business and when I had the opportunity to buy beach cottage, I jumped at it. Along with my wife we both worked very hard to get the property to an excellent standard to enable us to let it out to guests to enjoy everything North Wales had to offer. We have now been trading for over 11 years and have never looked back.

Why Steven hill chose Conwy

Having grown up in the area , i know North Wales has plenty to offer guests from sandy beaches , mountains, castles , lovely walks, great shopping and fun days out for all ages. The choice of things to see and do are endless and so many of the activities on offer cost nothing to participate in.

We are located in an ideal area for all the local amenities but not that far from breath taking mountain walks, national trust stately homes, boating, surfing , golf or even fishing.

Llandudno is a lovely Victorian town with a modern twist boasting a pier, dry ski slopes , great shopping and theatre.

The Roman city of Chester offering every shoppers delights along with tours, a fantastic zoo and great nightlife.

What makes this cottage unique

Beach cottage is set in a very quiet area just off the main road close to the beach and boating harbour but has all the local amenities near by, Asda supermarket is only around the corner with Morrisons, Sainsburrys and a retail park within a 5 minute drive.

We also have two child friendly pubs within walking distance offering great food day and night

The beach lies directly behind the property accessed via an open field , only two minutes walk to the sand.

Rhyl town centre is only 5 minutes away having shops , 3 d cinema, cafes , pubs , clubs, an indoor sun centre with water slides.

We offer secure parking and a private lawn area that is gated for your own piece of mind.

In our view you could not find a better location for the whole family to enjoy.

The Beach Cottage was beautiful spotless well equip with bedding/towels etc the fabulous kitchen was very well stocked.Photos did not do it justice, I would highly recommend this to anyone. Bathrooms were of a very hight standard and the grounds were also great for sunbathing and relaxing and a large barbecue for use on those sunny days. The owners were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We will be booking again for next year



“Beautiful Bungalow in a fabulous location.”

We have just returned from our stay last week. The bungalow is in a quiet spot and is very large and spacious and decorated to a high standard. There were 11 in our party and the bungalow was easily large enough to accommodate us all. The bedrooms are very spacious as is the large kitchen/dining room. We had a fabulous week there with lovely weather. . The owners were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. This is a comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished bungalow. Looking forward to returning next year.

Very comfortable, confident that owners were on hand if any problemsz

Great place to bring family together, at one time over 20 of us, ranging from 7week old granddaughter, to 80 year old Mum!! We were celebrating my Mums 80th & Sisters 50th. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy. The pool table had a lot of use! Many thanks to Steve for his helpful information, allowing us to enjoy planning who should sleep where!

Breathtaking

We just spent our long weekend at Beach Cottage. There was 9 of us and we were all so pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place was. The house is beautifully presented and there was absolutely nothing more we could ask for. The online pictures do not do the house justice. From booking till our time there, Steve (the owner) was always a text away for anything we needed. Oh and the beach is literally at the back of the house. We will definitely be returning. X
