This self catering ground floor apartment is part of a recently refurbished typical stone house, surrounded by vineyards of the Entre Deux Mers region having an enclosed private garden with barbacue table and chairs. It also enjoys use of the main garden and heated 10 metre swimming pool and games room. There is also a Concept 2 rowing machine, a cross traine, static bike and ping pong table available for the use of guests.

I was born in the Seychelles and lived in the UK from age 16 before moving her to rural France three years ago. My husband Steve and I have been together for 39 years and have two married children and two granddaughters. He retired from the RFA and the sea and now enjoys singing and learning the electric guitar (in a barn).

Activity and Interests
The Atlantic coast of Aquitaine is 90 minutes drive.
Bordeaux (Merignac) and Bergerac (Roumaniere) airports are 50 minutes drive away. The high speed train (TGV) from Lisle and Paris stops at Libourne (30 minutes drive) and Bordeaux St Jean. Local trains to Bordeaux and Bergerac are available at Castillon la Bataille (8 minutes drive). St Malo ferry port is 5 hours drive whilst Calais and Boulogne are 8 hours drive. The A10 autoroute north can be accessed in 50 minutes drive
The charming hilltop village of Pujols is a five minute walk. The town of Castillon la Bataille on the Dordogne river is 7 minutes drive. St Emilion is 15 minutes drive away and Bordeaux and Bergerac can be reached in an hour.
Pujols offers a general store selling bread baked locallly, fresh meat, fruit and vegetables, groceries, beer, wines and spirits. There is a homely restaurant serving local cuisine, a bank with ATM, post office and hairdresser. Castillon has all the usual facilities associated with a small town with a market every Monday morning. Several supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes. The cities of Bordeaux and Bergerac offer much much of historical and cultural interest plus the usul shopping facilities. In the delightful town of St Emilion, renowned for its wines and now a World Heritage Site one can experience wonderful cuisine in the many restaurants

Booking can be made by telephone, e mail or in writing. Rental is for a minimum period of 7 days.
A deposit of Euro 100 payable by PayPal on booking and full payment required no later than one month before arrival. A Euro 300 refundable deposit to cover damage and breakages will be added to the rental charge.
Extra days are charged at Euro 100 per day.
Changeover is flexible.
Notes on prices:
Price is Euro 900 for 7 nights minimum. Extra nights at Euro 100 per night.
Euro 100 payable by PayPal, cheque drawn in Euros on booking.
Balance to be paid no later than one month before arrival.

- Outside: Seclude private garden with barbecue, table and chairs. There is access to the main garden and use of the heated 10 X 3.5 metre heated swimming pool its patio and sun loungers. Also use of the fitness room with table tennis, Petanque, Frisbee, Rowing machine, static bike, cross trainer and darts. Utility Room: N/A Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly. The apartment will be cleaned weekly.
