Situated on the upper level of Wharfside Village a smart development of villa style housing, shops & restaurants the house enjoy a truly central location ideal for exploring the town on foot and discovering the many activities the far South West has to offer. This an ideal spot for a relaxing ‘car-free’ stay (secure, covered parking space provided).

Outside: At the front of the property is a walled courtyard and at the back of the property is a balcony equipped with a gas barbeque, outdoor table, chairs and parasol for sunny meals. The infrared heater means that these facilities can be enjoyed all year round. There is access to a freshwater hose, convenient for washing muddy walking boots or sluicing down sandy wetsuits. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included in the price.

Nice place to stay while visiting beautiful Cornwall! Landlord provided wine & roses upon arrival.

Very clean & all is provided. Location is great...close to shopping, restaurants, train depot. Very secure.

Only drawback there were noisy teens walking through mall at 11pm & early hours 5am below our window. Security guard needs to be present during those hours.

Coast/Beach:

West Penwith or 'The Land’s End Peninsular' is situated in the far South West of Cornwall & is arguably the most picturesque area of the country. The Peninsular has diverse land seascape with hidden sandy coves such as Porthcurno & Pedn Vounder, and excellent surfing beaches such as Sennen Cove & Praa Sands. Nearest beaches to Penzance are in Mount’s Bay at Marazion, Eastern Green & Long Rock. In addition there are approx 300 mls of coastal path.

Travel:

Guests can travel to Penzance by train and use the excellent local public transport system, however we do have secure private parking for those travelling by car. Newquay Airport is approx 25 miles. First Great Western operate the train line between London (Paddington) and Penzance.
