Ideally situated, the villa is situated a short walk from the sand dunes, the protected lagoon and the long beautiful Maspalomas beach which stretches along the coast from the nearby Faro lighthouse as well as the cafes and shops of Melonares. It is a stunning private upmarket hacienda style villa with TV/DVD/WiFi/stereo etc, and features an expansive garden (perfect for sunbathing) including its own private solar heated swimming pool with jacuzzi feature, landscapped with bougainvillea, flowers and shrubs. Yet all the modern facilities (restaurants, supermarkets, taxis etc) may be found less than a 5 minute walk. The villa is a 3/4 minute drive from the busy nightlife of the Yumbo, Cita and Kasbah centres in Playa del Ingles as well as close to all the main holiday attractions; Holiday World Fairground, Aqualand, Sioux City, Perla Canaria, Go Karting, Jeep Safaris and Camel tours. The main Maspalomas golf course is a 2 minute stroll from the front door!

Your villa is absolutely beautiful, we have stayed in villa's on a few occasions now, and this is by far our favorite one.My daughter, who is nearly three years called it the pretty house and on numerous occasions said that she wanted to stay there forever...

The layout of the villa and the facilities such as the privacy of the pool, barbecue, library, sat TV etc made it so easy for us not to even leave the villa..... however the location of the villa was also ideal when we did manage to tear ourselves away from the pool and venture a bit further as all the amenities were within walking distance." Beautiful Villa in a quiet part of Maspalomas - Perfect

We stayed in the villa for a week while attending a family wedding and we cannot fault it at all.

Bev, the local agent, took care of our transfer (which I'd recommend, especially on your way home as we checked out at 11:00 and she was able to hold our luggage until our evening flight!) The villa is very well equipped and had lots of the essential basic stuff (from Tea and Coffee to Sun Screen and After sun to Shower Gels etc) already laid on. The villa itself is in a quiet street but taxis are everywhere and every journey seemed to be no more than €3

Beautiful villa, lovely saltwater pool (which is very refreshing when the temperature starts to climb) and a very homely, personal feel, no more so than the fantastic library with it's Gold Discs and Music Memorabilia.

Would love to go back for 2 weeks next time!

A fantastic spot to relax and unwind.

Loved it! Beautiful garden and private pool. It's not massive but a real tranquil spot for some peace and quiet. The big shared pool is 20 yds away and never used if you want a little more exercise.

Well equipped kitchen and the air con and wifi worked well so worth paying the extra for.

Also a real treat to find a library with so many holiday reads.

Lovely holiday in Maspalomas

The property is lovely with spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside is perfect for enjoying the sunshine with room for everyone. The close proximity to the beach and restaurants makes it an ideal family villa holiday. We would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Perfect ....

This is a fabulous villa, and very well equipped for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It is spotless, well maintained, very private and quiet. Bev was fantastic and welcoming! There were 6 of us for a 50th celebration and we found the villa difficult to leave as it was so lovely. the walk to the sea front is about 15 minutes but all flat so accessible to all

It was easy to book, communication with the owner was prompt and clear.

You won't be disappointed!!!

Fabulous villa

This was booked for a small group of friends celebrating a 50th birthday and we were delighted with the villa when we arrived. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a week in the sun. The pool was brilliant fun, and cleaned twice whilst we were there. We only left the villa to go for short walks or to get provisions during the day as it was just too fabulous to go anywhere else. It's a good 15 minutes walk to the front of the resort but very flat and accessible for all. I can't wait to go back!!!

Villa in Great Location

We stayed at this lovely Villa for 4 weeks from November into December and didn't want to leave! It's in a great location within walking distance of the beach and the shops & restaurants of Meloneras. Also only a quick taxi ride into Playa del Ingles. The weather was superb and we had breakfast, lunch & dinner outside on the lovely terrace when not eating out.

Beverley was great and I I highly recommend this Villa!

Main beaches of Maspalomas and Melonares about 5 - 10 minutes walk.The beach at Maspalomas stretches for about 7 km along the coast, backed up by the largest area of sand-dunes in Europe, skirted by restaurants and small bars along its entire length but retaining its essential natural beauty. The nearby lagoon, like the dunes, is a protected area for wildlife, rare plants and birds, and water teeming with fish. Perfect for long walks along the coastline and spectacular views of the mountains.

Las Palmas airport is 15 to 20 minutes by car or taxi.

CHANGEOVER

Saturday - occasionally Monday - prices quoted cover up to 6 people commencing on Saturday. Bookings run for 7 or 14 days. We can occasionally offer alternative changeover days.

'REFUNDABLE' DEPOSIT AND ADDITIONAL 'MANDATORY' FEES

The price rates above comprise the 'Basic Rental' of the house. A 25% deposit is payable on reservation and secures your chosen dates with the balance then payable 10 weeks prior to commencement. Payments by bank transfer in £ or € are accepted. Credit and debit cards accepted via Owners Direct Direct Booking who add a "Service Fee" of between 4% and 8% calculated on a sliding scale and payable with the initial payment .

Despite the statement "No mandatory fees" next to "Fees" (above), there are actually some additional fees payable, but since they vary for each booking it has been impossible to programme and itemise them accurately under the Fees headline above. To make this simple we ask for a Damage/Cleaning/Utility Deposit of €400 (or £340 ) per booking payable in cash on arrival, from which we deduct these fees before refunding the balance within 2 weeks of your stay. .

They comprise the cost of the final clean (including laundry) at the end of your stay (set at €150), and also actual utility usage - electricity, water, rates, and rubbish collection - relating to your visit - usually just under €10 per day. We provide a detailed accounting with the refund of your deposit when you return home.

These variable fees effectively increase the Basic Rental charge quoted above, by approximately 220 euros pw (or about £185) and by 290 euros (about £245) per fortnight to give the all inclusive rate per visit - this inclusive price is quoted in any offer or quotation we make for the avoidance of any doubt.

Since they are not always required, Air conditioning (€50 pw or €80 per fortnight) and WiFi (€30 pw or €50 per fortnight) are both optional and may be arranged if required on arrival at the villa.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: In addition to your own private pool there is a large shared pool at the rear of the property. Air-conditioning is an optional extra since it is really only necessary during June - September. The villa also boasts an extensive library housing over 2000 books, DVDs and CDs available for the use of guests. Outside: Large portable gas powered barbecue available. Antique rustic dining table with seating for 6 - 12 people. Outside cushion covered sofa bed for relaxing on the patio in the shade - as well as 6 sun loungers for sunbathing by the pool. The private pool is 5m x 3.5m and 1 - 1.5 metres deep with a stepped jacuzzi feature. It is solar panel heated through the winter with temperatures from 22/24 to 28 degrees centigrade in Winter. The additional shared pool at the rear of the property is 14m x 8m in size and ranges in depth from 30 centimetres (ideal for infants) to 1.5 metres. It is unheated but this is not necessary between May and November. Utility Room: Top loading washing machine/iron/ ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and domestic towels included. We recommend you bring your own towels for pool and beach use. Additional cleaning by arrangement. Other: The villa features an extensive shaded terrace with dining table and outdoor sofa at the front of the house. Adjacent to the lounge, kitchen and swimming pool it is perfect for outdoor dining, relaxation and keeping an eye on the pool.
