Villa in El Paraiso,Puerto Banus - Exclusive Small Development With 2 Pools.

Luxury holiday villa furnished and equipped for easy living in the Sun with free WIFI ,UK TV.SKY,GAS AND COAL BBQS,enclosed back garden and everything you could require for enjoying a luxury Summer or Winter holidays. The house is set in tropical gardens with a south east facing private back garden. We have 4 bedrooms three with King Size beds one with two single beds.Two ensuite bathrooms plus a family bathroom and guest wc.The sunny garden terrace, large roof terrace and 2 bedroom terraces are furnished and perfect for enjoying the sun from early morning to late evening and ideal for dining or a late evening drink with friends. The gardens are some of the most beautiful on the Costa Del Sol. The large pool is surrounded by extensive gardens with numerous sun beds and thatched umbrellas. The pool has wide graduated steps and a shallow end ideal for children. Amenities on the development include paddle tennis courts free to guests. The house has a front garden with private, undercover, secure parking for two cars in the drive. The back garden is gated and leads directly to the pool one of 2 on site.

What is included in the price?

All household linen,towels,wifi internet,use of travel cot and highchair,TV.Pool towels,final cleaning

How far is it to the beach, restaurants and supermarket?

Beach is 1km,nearest restaurant few mins walk but lots restaurants bars 10 to 20 min walk.Supermarket beside the restaurants.

What cooking equipment is there?

Full kitchen plus microwave,coffee maker,toaster,sandwich maker,kettle

Do you supply bed linen, towels?

Yes we supply towels and bed linen plus change of bed linen for two week booking

When and how do I pick up the keys?

Our house keeper will meet you with keys at house

Are there cleaning fees?

Rental covers normal level of cleaning when you depart.

Does the place have mobile reception/internet access? What's the wi-fi key?

Yes we have mobile cover and internet wifi is free to use.The code for internet access is in the information book in the house along with lots of other local information.

Is there a TV or DVD player?

There is a large flat screen LED Samsung TV in living room plus smaller one in three of the bedrooms.The bedrooms receive local English channels.The living room UK BBC etc plus Sky package

Is the property smoking or non-smoking?

The house is strictly non smoking but you may smoke in the garden.

Is electricity included in the cost? If not, what's a typical weekly bill?

Your rental covers typical electricity usage of 300 units per week.Additional electric is charged at £9/50 units.The meter is available to monitor.In three years we have only charged twice for excess electric ...

Does the owner live nearby, in case of problems?

I live in Uk but we have a very reliable housekeeper living local who deals with any immediate problems.However I am also available to contact at anytime before and during your holiday on my mobile or if you prefer UK landline or email.

Is there a washing machine ?

Yes we have a washing machine and dryer.

If there's a swimming pool?

We have two pools with the biggest through our gate at the bottom of garden.

Hello.My husband and I purchased the house a few years ago from new because it reminded us so much of a luxury townhouse in Barbados we love.Unlike lots of Spanish property it has large double doors leading to terraces from nearly all the rooms and is always filled with sun.The area is a perfect balance of exclusive villas and friendly good but not too expensive restaurants and bars.The house is not an ordinary rental you will find everything you need for luxury comfortable living. We stayed at this villa in May 2015. It is a luxury villa as described with all rooms very spacious and comfortable. The outside areas are also well maintained which meant we had a really relaxing holiday both inside and outside the villa. There is actually access to 2 pools with closest bring just through the garden gate. Lots of information about the local area was also provided by the vendor so we knew which beaches to visit, Supermarkets to use etc.

To be seen try La Sala beach recently seen on Only Way is Essex, book a VIP bed.

Sunloungers round the pool and on the roof of the house.Intercom entrance from front gate with camera system and security guard from 8 to 8.Gardeners fulltime and pool maintained daily Outside: Large corner house with private, gated back garden which leads directly to the pool and extensive gardens with sun loungers and thatched umbreallas round pool area.Note we are on same level as pool but there is a garden gate you can close Gardens are tropical and well maintained with gardeners present every day. Superb Villa in an ecxcellent location

The villa was excellent with ideal accommodation for the 7 of us. Plenty of room with lovely facilities. Very child friendly.The communal pool area was just 30 seconds walk away and was very peaceful and well maintained.

The owners were very helpful through every stage of the booking process and met us on arrival at the development to explain everything to us.

The general location was ideal for shops/restaurants and easy access to the main carriageways. The golf at Los Noranjos was just 15 minutes drive away and El Paraiso was only 3 minutes by car. Both courses were fantastic. Plenty of other golf courses within a short drive.

We would happily stay at this villa and again and would happily recommend it to anyone.

Excellent property in a beautiful surrounding!

We loved the property right from the pictures, and it was actually an amazing place to stay! Close to the markets and some of the best restaurants, and I must mention that Vicky and Alan were great hosts and helped right from suggesting convenience stores to booking restaurants for us! We liked the access to all the spots nearby, and are definitely coming back soon! Must say that very safe and secure, just an hour drive from the airport. Thank you Vicky/Alan for making our holiday special!

23rd May - 6th June Wonderful Stay

We stayed in Casa Paraiso from 23rd May - 6th of June the Villa is exactly as described, everything you could need was provided. The Villa itself is clean and beautifully kept. The pool was large and clean only a few steps from bottom of garden with the added bonus that we had it to ourselves most days! Vicky the owner was extremely helpful and was available for any questions I had about the property. There is also a grey client folder in the villa filled with information about the local area which was very helpful. Ramos restuarant at the top of the hill is highly recommended, really lovely food and great service. We loved the roof terrace and the patio with comfortable couches in garden was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Casa Paraiso for a relaxing family holiday and would hope to visit again in the future.
