2 bed apartment - 2 bath - sleeps 4 - secure underground parking

This beautiful 95 sq m apartment is on the 2nd floor of a secure gated building, complete with lifts, gardens and swimming pool. Both bedrooms, lounge and kitchen lead out to a 30 sq m terrace which boasts a spectacular 180 degree view from the snow covered Alps on the left to the stone walls of the old Provençal city on the right and the azure waters of the Mediterranean stretching out before you.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a modern en-suite with walk in shower enclosure. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a modern en-suite with bath. Both bedrooms have ample storage. The Lounge has seating for 4 plus Dining Table and 4 chairs, TV, DVD Player and Internet Access. We have a large collection of DVD's and ample supply of Books and Games.

The spacious Terrace has a large table with 6 chairs plus additional seating and an Electric Grill. The apartment has marble/tiled floors throughout and electric shutters on all windows. Electrically operated blinds span the terrace to protect from the sun.

If you can tear yourselves away from the panoramic views from our terrace, then a 15 min walk will take you to the port and the old town, or the local bus stops immediately outside the gate.

Antibes Railway Station is 1/2 km from our apartment and offers easy access to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Italy.

You will be greeted at the apartment by our Agent who will be available for help and advice for the duration of your stay.

Secure underground parking included.

excellent property in an excellent location

The apartment had a very luxurious feel to it with all amenities. We spent our time mainly on the large balcony with breath taking views of the marina and alps. Every room has access to the balcony. It was very quiet. We never felt the need for a hire care, Helen organised taxi pick ups from the airport so there was no worry over transport. There is a hill leading to the apartment, but buses from the old town that will take you to just outside - the views fully compensated for the hill!!!! The train station with frequent links to Nice and Cannes was easy to walk to. The pool was quiet and a good size. Before our holiday we had plans to visit lots of places but once we sat on the balcony we were more than content to spend a lot of time just taking in the view and completely relaxing. We will definately be returning

A lovely apartment with fabulous views!

This is a good sized modern apartment that is very well appointed. Every room leads onto the large balcony which has spectacular views over Antibes marina. The apartment is immaculate and is well equipped with everything a family would need. Thank you to Helen and Suzanne for really looking after us. Best wishes Mark and Karen Smout

A Haven in Antibes

The view from this apartment is stunning - day and night, from every room even from the kitchen!, The apartment was immaculately clean, spotless, fully equipped kitchen. Elegant entrance, convenient location to train, bus and food shopping and quiet. Helen- owner and Suzanne - agent have been so helpful when questions were arose. I stayed for ten days on business trip and were so happy. It was a blessing to have a nice home to come back to every evening after a long tiring day!.

Well equipped apartment with beautiful views

Fabulous property beautifully presented in a great location . It took 15-20 minutes to stroll into the old town ( 10 minutes walk to the train station )

There is a little bakery and local shop about 10 minute walk away . The pool was lovely on a morning . However we had a car so took several trips to Salis and Keller beaches . Access to A8 is quick which means it was easy to visit Monoco , Eze etc . If we visit Antibes in the future we would definately stay here again . Big plus for myself is that the apartment was spotless

First class apartment with fabulous views

The apartment was excellent. The fixtures and fittings, and linens are of a very high quality. Everything was scrupulously clean.

The terrace crosses the whole width of the apartment; bedroom, kitchen, lounge, and bedroom. What a view to wake up to!! Incredible. The added bonus is the afternoon shade. When everyone around is burning up, it's a very pleasant place to soak up the view.

10 mins walk down the hill to the marina and SNCF, and another 5 to the old town. We used the frequent trains to explore further afield.

The swimming pool is extremely pleasant, and very clean. Nice for a morning dip, and equally nice in the evening.

Garage space kept all secure and cool. Personally, we would have struggled a bit without the car.

All in all, 5* from us!! (...and we have been around a bit!)

Antibes is a beautiful old fortified town dating back to the 5th century BC, and is ideally situated between Nice and Cannes. The old walled town is a labyrinth of tiny cobbled streets, crammed with bars, restaurants and shops to suit all budgets.

A walk around the historic ramparts will reveal the spectacular coastal scenery and also lead you to the famous Picasso Museum which houses one of the largest collections of the artist as well as his studio where he worked during his stay in 1946.

The daily Provencal market is a spectacular sight, bursting with fruit, veg, cheese, fish and spices. Port Vauban is one of Europe's biggest harbours and home to some of the world's largest private yachts and at the entrance to the harbour is the 16th century Fort Carre, where Napoleon Bonaparte was once imprisoned.
