2 bed apartment, with pool view from balcony. 10 minute walk to the ocean. We are just off the T.O.T King rd, between the Harbour & Coral Bay.

This beautifully located fully furnished apartment is only a 5 minute walk to a wide selection of bars and restaurants,that cater for all tastes & a ten minute walk to the ocean. The balcony as pool views. A welcome pack is available on request for basic food stuffs. If you have young children, a cot or high chair can be ordered for you on your arrival. The lady ( Sian) who manages the property for us in Paphos, is also a professional hairdresser, who if required will visit the apartment at your request. The 2 bedroom apartment, as an open plan kitchen & dining area. Both bedrooms & living area have air conditioning. There is a private car park, useful for those of you who wish to hire a car for all or part of your stay (l can supply details of a local company who will offer a significant discount of there normal rates, depending on the time of year). The apartment is situated on the first floor. a lift is available. We have extra ground floor lock up storage space, by the pool area if required, which is useful for storing beach gear and putting your suitcases away during your stay. You will have your own Umbrellas & sun beds which are situated in the storage space. A safe is available for your valuables.Free wifi, late departure by arrangement, discount car hire or taxi service can be arranged. The management agency, who look after the apartment, are based in Paphos & are available 24/7, if you have any queries, problems or emergencies during your vacation. The owners take immense pride in giving you the best service available.

Hello my name is Bob,l live in Newcastle with my wife Lesley & two chihuahua dogs.We holiday in Paphos whenever we can, work permitting.We love the climate, people & culture. l had my own business, till l retired a few years ago. The business was called Another World, we had a number of stores in the midlands. We specialised in Pop culture,especially American Comics, Rock & Pop collectables, Science Fiction, Games, Posters, T-Shirts etc.

My wife is a nurse & midwife, who is now working to electronically connect patient records in the NHS.

We were lucky enough to find this property in Paphos, just after l retired. We Just love the area & get over to experience the lovely climate when ever we can. As the Cypriots drive on the correct side of the road, as we do in the U.K. Its a joy to hire a car, pack up a lunch box & get out on the road for a picnic, with the family

We could not be more central to where all the Restaurants, Bars & Shops are situated.

Aldi Mcdonalds & KFC are close by for your consideration .The recently built 'Kings Avenue Shopping Mall' is a recent addition to your shopping experience. This is where you will find your local 'M&S', branded clothing Stores, Cinema & Restaurants .

Yet the apartment is situated far enough away from all this activity to give you a peaceful quiet retreat, when you retire for the evening. We are a 5 minute walk to where the Restaurants & Sports Bars are situated & where you can hop on & off the air conditioned busses that do the round trip of the Harbour, Tomb Of The Kings & Coral Bay, in a continuous loop every 15 minutes..

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is a ten minute walk to the nearest beach. Paphos has numerous public beaches that are within walking distance.

Travel:

We are only 12 Kilometres away from Paphos International airport. We can arrange a discount on Car Hire from a local, well established, friendly Paphos Company. Your vehicle can be collected from the airport for greater convenience & you will be personally taken to the apartment ..remember the Cypriots drive on the same side as us Brits!. Please enquire if this is of interest to you. If car hire is not required there are many bus'es and taxis available from the airport into Kato Paphos and the Tomb of the Kings area. I can supply Taxi information who will offer you a discount.

Distances:

The traditional and picturesque Paphos Harbour is only a ten minute drive or thirty minute walk (along the coastal path). There is also a regular bus service every fifteen mins, local bus service that travels through the main tourist areas of Paphos. The Harbour, Tomb of the Kings and Coral Bay. Additionally, the Taxi rank is situated five minutes away from the apartment. The old village of Paphos is a five minute taxi or car ride away and has many modern and traditional shops and taverns.

We are a leisurely five minute walk away from numerous local shops, supermarkets, sports bars, taverns, and restaurants specialising in a host of cuisines.

Outside: The apartment is on a small intimate complex with a good sized shared pool with outside shower and WC facilities and picnic tables. The pool is within a small, gated garden setting which is quiet and private.You will find you have on occasions, the pool to your self. The apartment has it's own large patio overlooking the pool with beach beds to enable private sun bathing. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board. Clothes dryer. Ice Bucket/Picknic Box. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All Towels, including beach towels are provided as well as bed linen for all beds, blankets and pillows. Tea towels also included.

Paradise!

I think this is our third stay at the apartment and once again it didn’t fail to meet our expectations! We love everything about it having returned to beautiful Paphos (the same area for over 10yrs). The apartment is easily accessible from the airport, extremely clean, well equipped, decorated and furnished to a high standard and located ideally for the old town (20mins walk away), Tomb of the Kings road 3 mins with a great selection of bars, great restaurants and tavernas, the walk into the harbour is stunning, about 45mins to an hour but wonderful as the sun is setting. Walk yourself an appetite up then eat in the harbour at one of the beautiful restaurants overlooking the sea. There’s also a fantastic ice cream parlour which is a must! The bus is €1.50 wherever you go so cheap to get around. Coral Bay is about 20mins car/bus away which is breathtaking. Lots of tours you can do, the Blue Lagoon is as good as being in the Caribbean! With hot temperatures guaranteed, a pool area pretty much to yourself, quiet and clean apartments what more could you want?! (That’s high season too.... we’ve pretty much had the entire complex to ourself each trip!). The complex is small and very well maintained. We love Diana so much I even emailed the agent to check availabity while we were there for 2018!

I wouldn’t bother looking elsewhere as I promise every box will be ticked, Bob the owner is very helpful and will endeavour to answer any questions you have.

Lovely small and well maintained complex

Good location for bars and restaurants.Lighthouse beach a ten to fifteen minute walk ,where snacks are available. Bob's apartment is clean and comfortable with a lovely large balcony and also access to sun beds and umbrella for your time spent around the pool ... Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to visit again .

Wonderful week in Paphos

Bob's apartment was ideal for the 5 of us - just a short walk to the main coast road with plenty of places to eat and buy the essentials. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned regularly and we had it to ourselves most days and met some nice friendly people in the other apartments. We hired a car on Bob's recommendation from Nestor and Maria in Coral Bay and while basic, was much cheaper than the main car hire places with no extra charges for anything. They even did the airport transfers for us. Coral Bay is a lovely beach and an easy 10-15 minute drive away. I can recommend getting a taxi to the 7 St. Georges restaurant for a great evening of meze and wine!

Bob - your helpful emails and advice helped us get the best out of the week we were there so thank you very much. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Property

Fantastic apartment with everything you could need for your stay, lovely pool and garden area and a balcony overlooking the pool.The apartment was cool in the evenings, we used the air conditioning a few times but felt the windows open at night provided a nice breeze. There are lots of good shops and restaurants nearby on Tomb of Kings Road, a favourite of hours was Gustoso,s. The apartment is only 10 mins walk from the Harbour and Old Town of Paphos.

We took Bobs advice and hired a car for a few days and visited a few Roman archeological sites and some small small resorts, we loved Pissouri Bay, where we did water sports.

The apartment is very handy for buses to and from the harbour and also along the coast to Coral Bay, bus fares are reasonable , standard fare seems to be 1.50 euros and 2.50 euros after 9 pm and they run every 15 mins. In Cyprus children 12 and over are classed as adult fare for most things.

We booked a cruise with nearby Paphos cruises and had a most enjoyable day, well worth the money as the ticket was also inclusive of food and drinks.

We had a day at the waterpark which we all enjoyed, bus from Paphos bus station took us straight to park, although if you are planning a visit its cheaper to buy tickets online before you go.

We loved taking a stroll from the apartment to the sea front in the evenings before dinner to see the amazing sunsets.

We had a fantastic holiday at Bob's apartment and would definitely book again,Bob was great at answering any queries we had and the Cypriot people were so friendly.

It is always positive to hear you had a good experience with hiring a car. The main consideration with Cyprus is they drive on the left as we do in the UK, so no stress. Previous guests have also mentioned having a great dining experience at the Gustoso Restaurant, have enjoyed eating there myself. For new visitors it's not far from the apartment at 72 Tomb Of The Kings Ave. Fact is you are spoilt for choice with so many Restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment. Week of relaxation

Stayed in this lovely apartment last week, the apartment was much bigger than we expected, very clean and comfortable. Lovely little complex and met some nice people there. Five minute walk to Tomb of the Kings Road and all the shops/restaurants.

Bob the owner gave us all the information we needed for our stay, so thank you Bob for letting us use your apartment.

Superbly equipped, spacious,very clean and very comfortable. Pool great. Clear / useful information.

Location within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars , beach and bus stops.

We relied on public transport and found it easy to visit the harbour, old town, Coral Bay and Lidl's.

The owner was very helpful.

We would highly recommend this apartment.
