About Robin Garms

I am a graphic designer living and working in London, but when I retire [aged 80 perhaps if I'm lucky] I will definitely be going up to Norfolk to sit under a tree in the garden of Grove House with my dog.

Robin Garms purchased this house in 2005

Why Robin Garms chose King's Lynn

We fell in love with the house when we first glimpsed it through the trees as we came up the drive

What makes this house unique

The quiet, the huge garden, the trees, the beautiful architecture, the swimming pool when the weather is sunny

Amazing!

  • 5 of 5

House and grounds are beautiful with a 'tired' charm! Robin was very helpful, replied quickly to queries. We were 10 adults and 5 babies. Perfect get away. Wish we had stayed longer!

Beautiful property and grounds, great for large groups and families

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and had a lovely time. We were a large group of 7 adults, 4 kids (aged 6 to 11) and 3 small dogs, there was plenty of space for all of us! The house is really beautiful with an interesting and quirky decor which felt really relaxing and homely. The kids and the dogs loved the grounds - we were lucky with the weather and the kids used the heated outdoor pool nearly every day whilst the dogs loved roaming the extensive grounds which were very secure. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area if you're prepared to jump in the car and drive to one of the lovely beaches. The owners provided excellent communication and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend Grove House and hope to visit again!

House was perfect for what we wanted. Allowed us to have a brilliant holiday.

  • 5 of 5

Pool was great and the house has loads of space and was perfect for the 7 of us. Would definitely recommend it. Perfect for a family with 2 young kids and a dog. Only one shower and a separate bath but didn't cause us any issues. Fantastic week had by all.

Great holiday house

  • 5 of 5

Ive just spent a week with my family at Grove House and we were not disappointed!

The age range of the family was 84 to 6.

We all loved the house which has bags of personallity and plenty to keep everyone happy.

The pool was an absoloute delight which was used everyday - it was lovely and warm!

We did go out and about ( although we did stay at the house quite a bit) crab fishing at Wells next the sea, Sandringham, Kings Lynn, the Sea Life centre etc.

We all loved the holiday and would reccommend to anyone.
