Large bright lounge with very comfortable seating for all of our guests with dining table and chairs in the window for you to enjoy the sea view of Caldy Island and the South Beach Esplanade. Good stock of family DVDs and books for you to enjoy during your stay. Sky TV and unlimited Wifi. Kitchen area is well stocked and contains a washer/drier, microwave and dishwasher. Ceramic hob and separate electric fan oven for cooking. Large master bedroom with King Sized bed and 2nd bedroom contains 2 full sized single beds with plenty of bedroom furniture for all of your needs. Comfort of our guests is very important and we have used Sealy mattresses and Mitre & Hall duvets to ensure you have a good night's sleep. Family bathroom with shower over bath. Central location on Sutton Street (off South Beach Esplanade) which has some street parking and the Rectory car park is a short walk around the corner. Overlooks the local bowling club.

Seascape Holidays Limited is a small holiday lettings company with property in both St Ives and Tenby in West Wales. Family run business and we live in Cardiff and have been holiday letting for over 7 years. It is very important to us that our guests enjoy staying with us and we will do everything we can to ensure that their holiday accommodation exceeds their expectations. Tenby is a beautiful town, we never get tired of the cobbled streets and the soft sandy beaches. The sun always seems to shine in Tenby and we have spent many a summer's evening in the sea until late. We particularly love all the attractions during August and September, with the Tenby Harbour fireworks each week and the Long Course weekend and Ironman competition in September is an inspiring and moving affair.

South Beach is less than a minute's walk away.

Travel:

The nearest railway station is within walking distance (around 5 minutes). The nearest airport is Cardiff airport. Car is not necessary within Tenby town as all the amenities are centralised.

Further Details:

Tenby is one of South Pembrokeshire's largest and prettiest seaside town. It is set within its own Tudor walls and surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches, with Blue Flag status. The Victorian pastel coloured houses in the harbour make this seaside setting picturesque, with charming narrow streets with quaint shops and some very good restaurants.

There are many attractions to explore within the town itself such as the galleries, town museum and regular boat rides to nearby Caldy Island is a must for any visitor.

Weekly rate at the Rectory for 2014 was £24 in the summer. There are other car parks nearby that charge daily rates, the Rectory appears to be the most competitively priced.

The flat is very convenient and is just outside the walled town so you don’t get caught up in the restricted access for vehicles. It is bright, airy and perfect for a family of 4. We had very good reviews during 2012 but felt the flat needed to be updated. Everything has been replaced, refurbished and redecorated to a high standard as it is very important to us that our guests have a great holiday, starting with their welcoming accommodation. The beds and bedding have been specifically chosen to ensure you have a good night's sleep, using Sealy matresses and Mitre&Hall duvets. Visit Wales tourist board visit on 25 February 2013 and this property has been awarded 4 stars, which we are very pleased about. 4 Stars maintained since 2013.
