The master bedroom has a balcony with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The house is only 5 mins. walk from the banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Some of the best beaches in the area are only 5 mins. drive away, perfect for swimming and relaxing.

ABOUT THE OWNERS.

Brian and Marcelle bought the house in October 2008 off plan.

We have had so many great holidays here as a family.

We chose this property because of the quiet location and the close proximity to all local village amenities and just a few miles from the night life of Coral Bay.

Since owning the property we have endeavoured to make it as homely & comfortable as possible.

It gives us such pleasure in the morning to open the shutters, step out onto the bedroom balcony, feel the warmth of the sun, see the colourful flowers and the Mediterranean sea.

We have been renting the property for 3 years and the feedback has always been very positive, with many guests returning year after year.

Excellent location and facilities.

The area is quiet and encourages a relaxing holiday.

Accommodation is spacious, clean and very well maintained.

Sea views and within walking distance of good restaurants and shops in the village.

Paphos, beaches, countryside, wineries, excellent restaurants and other attractions are all within easy driving distance.

We have stayed here three times and have booked again for 2015, have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Location

From the Owner

We bought the town house mainly because of its location. It is on a very small complex with its own private pool and well stocked gardens. You can feel totally relaxed here, the pool is rarely busy It is only a 5 minute stroll to the nearest taverna and about 10 minute walk to the village of Peyia and all it has to offer, including some very good restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. The Akamas peninsula, and forest is only a short drive away.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

Walking or sightseeing close by in the Akamas and Trodos Mountains.

Golfing - 3 courses within short driving distance.

Architectural interest at Ageas Georgious and Tomb of the Kings.

Many monasteries open to the public.

Coast/Beach:

Coral Bay blue flag beach is 5 mins. drive away. Corrallia Beach is 5 mins. drive and has a good restaurant overlooking the sea. Toilets and changing facilities.

Travel:

The Airport is approx. 35 mins. from the house. Paphos is approx. 20 min. drive away.

The drive to Polis has stunning views of the coastline, Polis village is approx. 30 min. drive. Car hire is recommended and we can arrange for the car to be waiting at the Airport for you.

Distances:

Peyia Village is 5 a mins. walk. Coral Bay is 5 mins. drive. Paphos is 20 mins drive. Troodos Mountains is 1hr. drive. Nicosia is 2 hrs. drive.

Further Details:

Peyia village has all amenities, two supermarkets, bakery, banks, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance of the property.

Tiled floors and marble staircase to the upper floor where you will find bedrooms, bathroom and balcony overlooking complex, sea and mountain views. Outside: Extensive landscaping within the complex includes attractive gardens with lemon, olive and pomegranate trees. The property has a large private patio with table, 4 chairs and parasol overlooking but away from the attractive pool area. The pool has a plentiful supply of loungers and parasols, also showers, toilets and changing rooms. Private underground parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A plentiful supply of towels and bed linen is supplied. Cleaning is carried out before and after occupation. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a small supplement. Hair-dryer provided.
