A spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Centrally located. individual apartment without neighbours above or below. Nearby to the beach, restaurants, shops and the main square . There is a large private garden with sunloungers, bbq, table, chairs and parasol. The perfect base for a holiday. There is airconditoning in the living area and the 2 bedrooms. There is also wifi. The perfect base for all of your holiday needs.

About the Owner

I am an English lady. I have lived here in the resort for ten years with my daughter. We are always here to help or give advice ( more so during the day! unless a big problem not to keen on phone calls at 2am!) If you need car, bike hire we can arrange it. Also if arriving late we can arrange for you to have the basics waiting for you in the apartment, water, tea etc. We pride ourselves on giving a personal service and as we live in the resort we are always close by.

Special interest holidays:

As the apartment has a completely private large entrance hall, the apartment is perfect for cyclists looking for somewhere they can safely store their bikes.

Coast/Beach:

The beach is about 2 mins walk from the apartment. The beaches here in Port of Pollensa are beautiful, with all of the normal watersports available.

Travel:

The nearest airport is in Palma, approx 45 drive away. A car is not needed as the apartment is within walking distance of everything in the resort. If you do decide to hire a car there is parking available outside the apartment and there are some lovely places and beaches to visit

Distances:

The apartment is near the centre of the town, 5 kms from the old town of Pollensa and 6kms from Alcudia

Booking Notes:
We are flexible on arrival and departure days. We ask for a deposit of 25% upon booking and the balance paid at least 4 weeks before arrival or in cash on arrival. Any stays of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning charge of 50 euros payable on arrival
Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible along with departure/arrival times depending on previous/next arrivals

Outside: At the front of the apartment there is a large balcony, which catches the sun in the morning, with table and chairs. Perfect for breakfast. At the rear of the apartment there is a small balcony with table and chairs with stairs leading down to the large private garden. Where you will find sun loungers, a BBQ and another table. Utility Room: Washing machine.
