A spacious and comfortable property providing space for 10 sharing. The property has a kitchen with a separate dining room. There is a large lounge with TV and DVD player. A conservatory provides additional recreation space with football table and DVD player. There are 5 big bedrooms, 4 rooms have double or king size beds. There is one triple bedroom. There is a large bathroom with a shower and bath, an en suite and a separate toilet. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer. Outside there is a walled garden. a patio with dining for 10,and an inner courtyard with seating. Two travel cots and Two high chairs are provided.

Fabulous house in a great location.

My family and friends stayed here over New Year 2016. It was the perfect house for our needs. The living room was big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably, and the children loved the playroom. The house is ideally located for the beach and right next to the coastal path to Morfa Nefyn Beach. A walk to the famous Ty Coch Inn is a must. We hope to make a return visit in the near future.

excellent family holiday accomadation

We traveled as a party of eight including four generations.

The house was perfect for us with plenty of room to relax together and eat together, but also room for us to do things individually if not all wanted to do the same thing . We cannot wait to return in October and hope that that wont be the last time either!!! Fabulous fabulous house. Thank you for a great location for our family holiday.

Fabulous house and area

We stayed here at New Year and its a beautiful house which is perfect for a group of friends or a family holiday. The house is really comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The area is stunning with beautiful coast walks and incredible scenery. I will definitely be returning soon.

The property must be left in a clean and tidy state with furniture returned to the original position.
Please strip bed and leave linen on landings. Please ensure that recycle bins are emptied and all rubbish is bagged and put in the bins provided. Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure. we are flexible about booking out of peak periods, please enquire for availability and rates.

Changeover Day:
Weekly rentals fall on Saturday to Saturday. with a 4 pm arrival and a 10.30 am departure.

Notes on prices:
Prices vary throughout the year. Ranging from £600 at off peak times to £1650 during the summer. Our New Years Eve rate is £2000. We are available for short breaks at off peak times.
Please enquire with your preferred dates and I will be happy to give you price details.
