Lovely property with thoughtful extras

We went as a family group to celebrate my 50th birthday and had a great time. The hot tub was super but would have benefitted from being filled after the first night. We went skiing, which was really good. The log fire was great and there were lots of games, DVD, to keep you occupied, the kitchen had everyday supplies which was very handy. We would definitely go back. My one negative was the hot tub was an extra expense on top of the hire and I thought the price was quite steep.

Cosy and spacious, felt very at home!

This house is very cosy and homely! It’s in a nice quiet location and the walk into the town centre is a walkable distance. The hot tub is the perfect place to relax and slippers and robes are provided which adds to the experience

Excellent holiday home in aviemore close to all amenities!!

We stayed for October break in this lovely home . Plenty of space for our large family with an added gran and grandpa. Lots of entertainment in the house so everyone happy on the dreach days. Very comfortable home with everything you could wish for.

Nothing too much for the owners !

Very warm, welcoming, spacious and immaculate

We shared the property with our friends and children and there was lots of room for us all to relax and sleep in comfort. Everything you need in a home away from home is here and the hot tub is fab! All our communication with the owners was friendly and very helpful and we would return to this property and recommend it to friends.

We loved our stay - lots of room, great central Highland location, and the hosts have just about everything you can think of on hand, especially for babies (we forgot to bring a few things, so this was a lifesaver). House is clean, bright and modern - a perfect base for touring the Highlands.

Set in the Cairngorms National Park, Aviemore is an ideal base for both relaxing and adventure activities. Great dog walking on the doorstep. Plenty of facilities for the whole family including local swimming pools, soft play, crazy golf, waterslides and roller coaster in forest setting at Landmark Centre (Spring and Summer only). The area offers a range of activities including Mountain biking for all abilities on both purpose built courses and abundant local tracks, kayaking and rafting on the River Spey, windsurfing on Loch Morlich and Loch Insch, skiing on and off piste, hillwalking.


Loch Morlich offers a beautiful and spacious sandy beach set in pinewood location with breathtaking views of Cairngorm Mountain at freshwater Loch Morlich. It is easily accessible by a 10 minute drive or, for the more adventurous, a cycle on one of the forest tracks (1 - 1.5 hours). There is a boathouse on the beach which offers light refreshment and kayak/windsurf hire.


Aviemore is easily accessible by road, rail and air. By road the village is 2.5-3 hours from Glasgow and Edinburgh, and enjoys a regular rail service. Inverness Airport is located 40 miles to the North and can be accessed by an easy drive.


Aviemore - 1 mile. Carbridge 7 miles. Inverness - 30 miles.

Notes on prices:
A hot tub is available as an optional extra. The cost is £225 per week and £150 for a weekend or short stay of up to 3 days. There is £25 charge for bringing your dogs. We allow up to 2 dogs (please advise us at the time of enquiring). We offer full weeks, multiple weeks and short breaks of more than 2 nights. We may be able to accommodate short breaks during busy periods depending on other bookings. We can be flexible with arrival and departure dates, dependant on other bookings. Normal arrival time is 4pm and departure time 10am. An early arrival or late departure may be possible and would cost £25 if available
