Lovely, little single-house in one of the nicest locations in the South of the Island. Located in walking Distance to Binibeca Playa (Beach) and Bars, Restaurants and a Supermarket. Renovated in 2011 with bright and modern Furniture. Private non-accessible pool, sunny terraces and garden. The house has one double-bedroom with bathroom en-suite, another double-bedroom and one single-bedroom and a small bathroom.

We are a family of 4 and stayed here in July for a week. From the moment we entered the villa we felt like we'd arrived to a home from home. The interior of the villa is exceptional and all the little details make it extra special. It truly has everything you need. We loved the privacy and seclusion of the gardens and the pool is a good size with lots of loungers and areas all around the villa to relax throughout the day and evening. The fact that there is a beach/supermarket/restaurants 5 minute walk away is a bonus!! Our favourite was the little bakery every morning after a morning run! The beach bar is great for drinks at sun set! Will be trying to get back here for sure!
I had made plans to surprise my parents on their 40th wedding anniversary with a trip back to Menorca, where they first visited 40 years ago. I wanted somewhere a little different to the usual villas, with a good location and a nice pool.. This villa ticked those boxes and exceeded my expectations upon arrival.
The owner, Barbara, had been very friendly and efficient at replying to my questions prior to the holiday and once we arrived there was a welcome note with a bottle of fizz in the fridge waiting for us. A lovely touch. There are beautiful plants and flowers all around the property and separate seating areas if you want some shade for reading a book. You are not looked on by anyone and wouldn't believe that you are a few minutes walk away from Binibeca beach.
The interior has been thought about, from the comfortable beds to the linen baskets,hangers, beautiful bowls, plates and glasses and even bathroom essentials. Lighting is lovely and the ceiling fans are extremely powerful for when it gets really hot. Everywhere is light and airy with a homely feel.
The pool and seating area is bigger than I had imagined. The sun loungers are comfortable and the pool goes nice and deep (I think to about 7.5-8ft at the deep end).
Around the local area of there is of course Binibeca beach, one of the prettiest ones on the island with crystal clear water perfect for snorkelling. The beach bar is one of the only original ones left and you can sit right by the water. There are restaurants just a 5 minute walk away in Cala Torret. Our favourite was Taverna del Corso, a varied menu with tempura specialities. Also Pedro's and SaCova were lovely.
Do visit Mahon, Alaior and Cuitadella if you are a keen photographer. These towns are beautiful. Es Castell, Mahon harbour and Cova d'en Xoroi are great for evenings.
I would say be careful if you want to go paddle boarding at sea. I would recommend asking for an instructor to go out with you if you haven't done it before as my boyfriend and I went out one morning alone and the current was strong.
As lovely as it was to explore the island it was even better knowing we were coming back to our very own pool and a clean, stylish villa each day. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. If you are looking for somewhere to feel instantly relaxed and at home, this special place is for you. We will be back!
Hemos estado una semana el pasado mes de Agosto en esta preciosa casita. La estancia ha sido perfecta. Barbara la propietaria ha puesto la casa ideal, son todo detalles por todas partes. El jardín es esplendido y acogedor. La situación perfecta, ya que es muy tranquila y a la vez estas andando al lado de todo. Ha sido una gran descubrimiento.
This was our third visit in succession and 2016 is already booked! We love this older style villa, it's totally refurbished stylish interior with all modern conveniences. Mature gardens and a secluded pool offer a variety of ambient seating/ lounging areas to relax. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to local shops, a supermarket with all the basics & reasonably priced. A fabulous bakery to have breakfast and with great patisserie, get there early as they sell out quick. Just a 10 minute walk to a pretty beach, good for snorkelling and with a great beach bar. Bar Paupa (5 mins walk) have a very good menu for either lunch or dinner. We can also highly recommend the following resterants in Saint Lluis 'Villa Madrid', dine outside, great pizzas and the BEST Mojito's. 'El Cariba' (speciality for fish), and Pan Y Vino - excellent food & superb outside dining experience. Also visit 'Binifadet' a local vineyard & winery, perfect for lunch. We did the wine tour (20 mins), recommend their wines. A great family evening out is to the Trotting Races each Saturday 6-8pm, children are also permitted to place small bets 1-5 euros, many local families & visitors go. We also played golf at Son Parc, go early morning, it's a pretty 40 mins drive, recommend hiring a buggy. Lots of other great beaches just a short drive away which offer a variety of water sports. Our son enjoyed body boarding in Santo Tomas & paddle boarding, plus there are some great place to snorkel & rock jump/dive. The nearby water park was great fun, there is an afternoon rate €12 3-6pm. Looking forwards to more exploring next year. 😎
What a little gem this villa is! Perfect location for walking to the beach, local supermarket and restaurants. The owners have thought of everything you need in a self catering villa which saves you having to buy annoying things like washing up liquid etc. The interior is very stylish and the beds are so very comfortable! The outside has lots of little terrace areas that you can choose to sit in at different times of the day depending on which direction the sun is in. It's great for entertaining outside as there is a large marble table. I would highly recommend it.
