Set in 12th century monastery grounds 550ft above sea level with views over golf course, mountains and sea this luxury 3 x bedroom villa all with en suite and fully air conditioned throughout provides everything you need for a perfect self catering family holiday.

You will be collected and returned to Paphos Airport by taxi, courtesy of the owners.

FREE use of 3 x sets of quality clubs (see info).

Beautiful landscaped garden with large lawn, fruit and shady trees. Golf course and tennis courts with bar and restaurant 5 mins walk away.

This spacious villa is tastefully furnished, a fully equipped kitchen and lots for the kids to do. Pool inflatables,separate paddling pool, xbox 360,playstation 2 (with popular games), board games and activities.

TV has UK channels + more, also DVD and large library of films and books. There is also CD player and ipod station.

Garden has 8 chairs and table for Alfresco dining, sun loungers and parasols as well as a barbeque with rotisserie and motor.

FREE USE OF LAND ROVER FREELANDER , The driver must be between the ages of 25 and 70 with a full clean driving licence of at least two years a copy of which is required. A £250 excess damages deposit is required in respect of the car.

The villa has been cared for by a professional Property Management team since 2005.

Lovely Villa, Tranquil Location, Impressive Views

A modern villa situated about 20 miles north of Paphos in a rugged mountainous region. It is very quiet and peaceful over looking a very well maintained golf course and clubhouse which are within walking distance. The food in the clubhouse is very good and reasonably priced. The nearest village approximately 4 miles away has a Tavern/Restaurant where the local delicacies can be tried at a very low cost.

Some form of transport will be required to explore the area.

The Villa is clean and very well maintained but it could do with an ice machine or integrated ice dispenser within the fridge.

If you are after a relaxing and peaceful holiday away from the hussel and noise of a city you can't go wrong with this very reasonably priced villa that offers you good value for money.

We are definitely planning on returning next year.

Great Villa

Would highly recommend this villa for families or couples. Excellent open plan dining/lounge/kitchen area. Very large clean pool, well looked after by Peter. Large lawned area with a lovely tree (perfect for reading a book under in the shade!) Very peaceful location but within easy reach of Paphos via a car. For the villa to be on a bus route would have been a bonus. The villa was lovely and clean. Good sized bedrooms all ensuite. It's all couple of degrees cooler at the villa than in paphos which in August was very welcome! All in all would highly recommend this stunning villa. Excellent value for money.

Tsada is located just off the main road from Paphos to Polis, with a direct road into the town center of Paphos and just a short drive to the Motorway to explore the Troodos Mountains or the rest of the island.

The village of traditional village of Tsada is just a few kilometers away.

Further Details:

Paphos has a multitude of entertainment amenities together with a fantastic range of places to eat. Have a day at the Water Park or Paphos Zoo.

There are a number of large supermarkets and banks about 5km from the villa together with high street retailers you will be familiar with.

A refundable damages/electricity deposit of £250 is required which is refunded within 14 days of your departure, subject to conditions. Full details are included on our booking form.

The Freelander is insured for drivers between 25 and 70. The vehicle is located at the Villa and must be left there on your departure. Taxi transfers to and from the villa can be arranged, which you pay for locally. A copy of your driving licence will be required when the balance of your holiday is paid.

Logs for the fire can be provided at a small cost.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible, check in is 4pm and check out 11am.

We aim to be as flexible as possible.

Notes on prices:
Electricity will be charged per unit consumed, it is estimated for full occupancy this would amount to £55 per week. The cost for your stay will be taken out of your damages / electric deposit.

A basic welcome pack is provided, so no need to worry about getting to the supermarkets on your arrival day.

  • Notes on accommodation: Outside: The attractions of this villa are numerous, refreshingly cooler in the summer months than coastal properties. It's 12x6m swimming pool accessed by roman steps, which has its warming solar blanket. The villa is situated in landscaped gardens with the option of outside dining facilities, BBQ, poolside furniture and a range of pool toys. You have fantastic views of both the mountains and the coastline of Paphos. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is prepared for your arrival with a welcome pack, fresh linen and towels including beach towels which are changed for stays over 10 nights on a weekly basis. An optional weekly clean is available on request. Other: The dining area is located in one section of the open plan lounge, or you can dine outside on the covered patio. There is a CD player with ipod connection, Separate portable i-pod / radio, DVD's, books and board games, playing cards etc. There is also a hair dryer at the villa.
