Fantastic property! Very well maintained, seemed like it was brand new. The location was perfect for walking to the town center; shopping, entertainment and Pubs. Communications with the owner, Francis, was excellent. I would highly recommend this property and will return in the future! Thank you.
We have stayed in several Peak District properties over the years and this has to be one of the best! Very comfortable and warm, beautifully decorated and furnished and in an ideal location for The Dome, Opera House and town centre restaurants. First floor apartment accessed via 2 flights of stairs.
Ideal for Buxton and Area Breaks
This is a lovely self contained two bedroom apartment within what is a lovely house. The apartment has clearly been fully modernised and is light and airy. There is a lovely kitchen/lounge and bathroom. Bedrooms are not huge but plenty of storage and have very comfortable beds. Not best of weather on arrival but apartment heated up very quickly on arrival and heating not needed after that as morning sun comes thru lounge windows in the morning.Parking is on the property not the road and it was literally five minutes walk to the Opera House in one direction and about the same to the Train Station and/or supermarkets in another. Is slightly up hill coming back but nothing like the steep hill up the other side of town.
There is so much to do and see in Buxton and the surrounding area that I am sure we will be back again and won't be looking beyond this property if it is available. Finally just need to thank owner who was not only prompt at replying but very helpful with any questions we had, although there is comprehensive guides and information in the apartment when you get there.
The Apartment is fitted out to an extremely high standard. I could quite gladly live in it and it is so close to the town, literally a short walk down the hill. Had an amazing relaxing break to celebrate my birthday and would highly recommend. The email I received with all the details on was really clear to follow and in the apartment there was a file with all information that you needed.

Lovely modern apartment in a fantastic location
The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet location but only a short walk to the centre of town. The owner was also very helpful. We would certainly recommend it.
Excellent luxury property
Beautiful apartment, with everything you could want. Good location as not far to walk in to Buxton centre. We never used the car once we arrived. Veron the owner has thought of everything and because you are on the first floor it's lovely having the view. The apartment is furnished to a very high luxury standard and was immaculate.
We went to The Dome and had lunch for £10 each which was cooked and served by the 1st year students. Silver service food exquisite and wine. Total cost with wine £33.00 for 2 it's a must do!!! (Table has to be pre booked). We also went to a show at The Opera House.
Buxton is very pretty and lots of history and good restaurants.
We would definitely would go again.

20 miles from Manchester airport. 5 mins walk from train station and good road routes.
5 mins walk to Buxton centre and 20 mins drive to several local peak district villages and Chatsworth house
Buxton restaurants provide a cosmopolitan choice of cuisine from snack bars and coffee shops to wine bars and high quality restaurants offering gastronomic delights.
Around the centre of Buxton there are shopping arcades and high street stores, with an outdoor market held regularly in Market Square to make Buxton shopping an interesting venture of retail therapy.

We require a deposit of 50% of the cost to secure the booking, the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before your visit. This deposit is non refundable and will be deducted from your final account.
If the apartment is booked six weeks or less from the start of your holiday we will require the full price. All payments to be by bank transfer.
We require a cheque or BAC 7 days prior to stay for accidental damages. Refundable within 7 days of your stay.
Change over day. NONE. Guests are requested to arrive after 3pm and vacate at 11am. These times can be flexible.
