My family and I have owned this luxury apartment since it was built. We have personally designed and brought all the furniture from Harrods in London to bring an outstanding finish and feeling to the apartment. My family and I have created many magical memories in this beautiful apartment. It is our second home and we are very proud to own it.

Home away from home.

We had a great time sharing the 3 bedroom beachfront, comfortable unit with our friends. The service was excellent, from the 24 hour security guards to our beach attendants and our housekeeper, all were very kind, helpful and welcoming. We were really pampered. Will definitely return again. Thank you all.

The apartment is located directly on the beach with sun bed laid out daily, Paynes Bay is known for its world class beaches. Sandy Lane's Hotel, beach and spa are within walking distance.


35 minutes drive from the Grantley Adams Airport. Car hire is not necessary but recommended.


Holetown is the nearest town which is five minutes drive. There is a large supermarket and all shops are close by. There are also several banks, and a 24hr medical centre. Limegrove Lifestyle Centre has emerged as the most stylish place to shop, cinema, dine, and lime for all visitors and residents of Barbados. Holetown is 5 minutes by car. Bridgetown is 15 minutes by car.

Full time housekeeper is provided. We can provided groceries on arrival at an extra charge. We can arrange a chef/cook at an extra charge.
