Very highly recommended

  • 5 of 5

Property was nicely located, private, very well maintained and looked after.

Exceptionally clean and tidy, very spacious yet cosy and snug. Fantastic area with a wonderful lake within a very short walk. uninterrupted views for miles. Close to local town which has everything you would need and just a short drive to Bergerac.

The owners were great hosts and the property is a credit to them, it comes highly recommended.

Outstanding

  • 5 of 5

This is a gorgeous gite in a lovely location. There is not much more I can add that has not already been mentioned in the previous excellent reviews. I will say that we did not do half the things we had planned to do during our stay, as we were more than content to enjoy this beautiful place. We spent a lot of our time relaxing by the pool, enjoying a BBQ or going for a stroll by the beautiful lake, which is a short walk away. Thank you Karen and Vince; we had a wonderful week.

Owner's Response: Dear Michelle, We appreciate you posting a review of your stay with us, thank you. Like you, we enjoy taking a stroll around the lake that's so close by. OK so you didn't get to do all the things you planned but you relaxed, enjoyed and as they say c'est la vie! Thanks again and best wishes, Karen & Vince

A peaceful and lovely gite

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings, in a well equipped gite. The photos show exactly what you get - ie a beautiful gite very well equipped, with a much needed plunge pool. Thanks to Karen and Vince for their hospitality, and we would highly recommend it to others.
