Music are not allowed at the garden after 10 PM neither shouting. It is a residential area, and the neighbours do not like to be disturbed after 10 PM.

A 160 m2, two floor villa, in a 500 m2 garden with a private swimming pool

(dimension of the water area: 8 metres long and 4 metres width) for the exclusive use of the visitors, lemon, orange, granada and olives trees., in a quite area with all services including Air Conditionned. free WIFI ( optical fiber 100 megs) , garden with exterior dinning area in the porch.

Very well connected to airport and train station.

The Cathedral and the Historical centre is very near at 3 Km, and you can go from the bus stop at 5 minutes walk from the villa , and 0,6 euros.

Supermarket, Bars and restaurants at 5 minutes walk.

It is Registered as a Tourism Apartments according to the Government of Andalusia (Decreto Junta de Andalucía 28/2016) with the number : CTC-201649219

About Ana & Fernando

We bought this house 12 years ago for our children to study and stay close to our own home, just in from of it. They have already left University and Sevilla, so we have decided to start to rent it , after a completely refurnish and redecoration, to make it suitable and comfortable for visitors in short or long stays.

Ana & Fernando purchased this villa in 2000

Why Ana & Fernando chose Seville

We have in October 2012 completely refurnish and redecorated the house for renting to people that would like to stay in a nice house with all commodities in a relaxing garden area very close to the historical centre even by walking, bicycle or bus ( 10 minutes). In winter the swimming pool is not available, but you can still have a pleasant time in the garden due of the good weather and temperature Seville during winter.

If you like golf , it is also available two sets of golf clubs if required, so no need to bring your own equipment.. The unique Real Club de Golf Golf ( ), it is very near and easy to go from the house.

What makes this villa unique

The house has three big and nice rooms , and one smaller room with one more bed. So it can be suitable for up to 7 people,

The double rooms are located in the upper floor , the fourth bed room located in the lower floor , the garden floor , and could be used for a visitor with difficulties to go up the stairs, but is not so big as the others (3,6 metres x 1,8 metres ) , because is supposed to be for a maid person. Any way this smaller room has got a bath room just in front of it.

Quiet, relaxing location with great facilities

We all had a great stay at this spacious and well furnished house.The garden is well maintained and bursting with fruit of all varieties. Fernando was very welcoming and helpful, offering advice on local attractions, things to do and places to go......he even provided us with a mini tour of Seville on our arrival to re-familiarise ourselves with this beautiful city. The house is located in a quiet residential area north west of the city centre, just a 15 minute ride by bus to the main attractions (top up bus passes provided).

The pool was much needed on a daily basis (temperatures in the hi 30's / low 40's) and the a/c was a great bonus in all upstairs bedrooms and lounge.

The covered patio area was very welcoming and relaxing.

Totally recommend this property for a great holiday location.

Comfortable and convenient

Fernando was an excellent host, providing lifts to and from the airport and to the supermarket. It made life much easier at the start of the holiday. It was hot (44) and the pool was perfect for cooling down in. The covered terrace by the pool was also great to relax in. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and sitting room ensured that we were comfortable. The house made a great base and had everything we needed. Fernando provided rechargeable bus tickets which made travelling in and out of Seville really easy. It was a lovely holiday and the house was just what was required. Great communication and warmly recommended.

Great stay at a fantastic property!

We had a wonderful time here at Easter 2017. The house is incredibly spacious and well furnished in a beautiful garden with pool. Fernando was very welcoming and helpful, offering great advice about what to do in the local area and offering to help us in any way he could. Seville and Andalusia are stunning with so much to offer. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable accommodation with everything you need. The property shares the garden/grounds with another belonging to the owner. Very helpful owner, who went out of his way several times to help us out. Not entirely private, however it still felt private

A great stay in a wonderful house!

We had a fantastic time staying here in June 2016. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable, enjoyable stay and the outside area with pool and covered seating / BBQ area were wonderful for relaxing in the hot weather! The house was clean, well maintained and is as described in the details - we had no problems with anything during our stay.

The house is located a short 10/15 minutes taxi ride from the airport. We used the two local bus stops to get into the centre of town, both a short ten minute walk away, with regular buses. There is also a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and some small local shops and restaurants that we found very useful.

Fernando and Ana were extremely helpful both in the run up to our trip with any queries and during the stay. Fernando took the time to help familiarise us with what was around in the local area and how to get to the bus stops, shops etc, which was greatly appreciated.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would love to come back!

Maginifique location

Une maison spacieuse et propre. Un grand jardin arboré sans vis à vis.

Une grande cuisine d'été avec coin salon et barbecue. Idéal pour les soirées extérieures.

La maison est dans un quartier résidentiel calme avec boulangerie et supermarché à proximité. Un arrêt bus à 5mn qui nous emmène directement dans le centre de Séville.

Le propriétaire Fernando est très sympathique et très serviable. Disponible par téléphone ou par mail si besoin. La climatisation de notre chambre était tombée en panne. Elle a été remplacée le jour suivant.

La piscine était superbe. Les enfants n'ont pas arrêté de s'y baigner. Le seul bémol est la bâche qui recouvre la piscine et qu'il faut remettre tous les soirs. Elle est très lourde et il faut au minimum deux adultes pour la manœuvrer.
