one bedroom and one bathroom apartment with Mountain Views

We have a one bedroom apartment. The lounge has a sofa bed so the apartment can sleep up to 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. There is air condoning for the summer and a log fir for the winter. The apartment's balcony over looks a stunning communal kidney shape swimming pool, gardens and fish pond complete with waterfall. there are views of Montgo mountain.

My name is Tracey Wade I am an Operations Manager and have been employed in the NCIs' now for 25 years. I grew up in Kent and still live there with my Husband and our Westie Millie now that our children have grown up and left home but regularly visit with our adorable grandchildren.

We have family living out there and love being out there as it is so peaceful and picturesque.

What makes this apartment unique

We enjoy spending time with family and enjoy the peace and quiet as well as the night life a short journey away. The complex has a beautiful pool and gardens which also has a large fish pond full of koi carp.

Great apartment with a lovely view of the pool and complex. Comfortably sleeps 4 people with a pull out bed in the living room. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay including fully kitted kitchen and washing machine.

The location is about 20 minutes drive from a lovely beach with restaurants and bars and children's play areas. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. The main supermarkets are 10 minutes drive.

The property was well maintained and very clean. The owner was also very responsive and the apartments has a welcome pack with information on the local area as well as attractions and things to do.

Would recommend this to a friend and will definitely be returning.

It is 5 miles into Javea & Denia Town and Beach this will take you about 15 minutes by car. Javea beach and harbour is mostly shingle but the Arenal end of the beach is sandy ideal for children. Along the beach there are beach bars, shops, cafes and restaurants.


The apartment is about 1 to 1 1/2 hour's drive from both Valencia and Alicante Airports.

Fabulously clean, tidy and well equipped apartment in a holiday oasis.

Lovely, lovely, lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here - and will come back.

The apartment was very friendly and homely. Spotlessly clean and tidy.

A very comfy bed and a very comfy sofa bed too.

Tracey and Sally were very friendly and helpful.

It has a good sized kitchen, lounge, bedroom and shower room.

The balcony over looks the mountains, beautiful gardens and pool.

The pool and gardens are well maintained and the other guests around the gardens and pool were all friendly.

The pool looks really good when it is illuminated in the evenings.

Plenty of car parking space and just a 10 mins drive down to Javea and 2 mins to Jesus Pobere.

Delightful situation and well maintained & equipped property.

The apartment is in a beautifully situated site on the edge of Mount Montgo and amongst pine trees. The pool and gardens are very well kept and peaceful (we didn't go during school holidays). The apartment though fairly small is very well equipped and has everything you need. The welcome pack was much appreciated and all the essentials for cooking had been left by previous visitors to which we added. Much more sensible than clearing them all out!

A car is essential as it is 15-20 mins walk into Jesus Pobre and there is no footpath or lights for some of the way which makes walking back from a restaurant at night rather hair-raising. Also the shopping is fairly limited nearby but there are several good restaurants in the village, some with live music. There is also a lovely French Restaurant, Le Gourmand, along the road in the opposite direction (towards Xabia). You would also need a car to get to Denia or Xabia/ Javea which are each 15 mins drive away.

If you like walking you can walk directly from the property up one of the paths on Mount Montgo which has beautiful views.

Altogether we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Property was in a lovely setting quiet and safe.

Property compact for family of 4 more suited to couples. Unfortunately few things took shine off - floor tiles dirty had to wear shoes all the time. Cupboards dusty had to clean before unpacking and air-con useless which not good in 35 degrees. Someone came to look at after we complained but made no change and never saw him again. There was a floor standing fan which was so dirty I wouldn't think of using and only circulates already hot air. Main plus was the fantastic pool area which we spent many hours in up to midnight. All instructions to find the apartment and to get in were spot on. Overall it's okay but there are probably better apartments available I won't book again. Sorry.

Lovely apartment set in fabulous well maintained grounds

We had a week staying in this apartment. I would highly recommend it. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean for our arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. The communal pool area is fantastic and never felt busy or noisey and this was in school holidays. There is so many places to explore in the local area we enjoyed getting out and about in the car. Loved it! Hopefully we will return soon!

Beautiful resort , not to big , great appartment , with all that we required. The pool and gardens were immaculate with great service through our stay keeping it all nice and clean.

The area around is astounding and a car takes you to some absolutely stunning beaches , and great mountain views , will definitely be back , thoroughly recommend a visit to Los Lagos @ Jesus Probre

Lovely, comfortable, quiet flat

Couldn't think of any improvements. Gardens and pool area are well kept, rural but near shops, really well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, lots of storage...great value.
