Clube Alvor Ria is a complex by the harbour in the fishing village of Alvor. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private terrace and has disabled access. The complex has an outdoor pool and secure parking. For golfers, the courses at Alto Golf and Country Club and Penina are just 5 minutes drive away. The long sandy beach, with cafe bars, is approximately 500m away. The village centre of Alvor, with shops, supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, is a short walk away.

We have stayed at Clube Alvor Ria many times and our second time in Apartment 114. The complex is in the perfect location with a lovely pool area. The apartment is lovely. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and brilliant terrace with loungers. Home from home! Samantha who dealt with our booking is lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent spacious apartment.Couple of minutes walk from town centre with its many bars and restaurants.The great thing about Alvor is its old town centre and narrow streets.Though it is fairly lively there is no rowdyism and it is not commercial.Our 3rd time in Alvor and our favourite resort in the Algarve.The main beach is superb.From the ground floor balcony you can see the sea.It is an approx. 6 min. plus walk depending on how quick you walk.One word of warning.The town is up a street which is fairly steep but I managed it twice a day and I'm 70! also my wife has a slight knee problem but also managed it.The apartment complex is gated,very clean and peaceful.Highly recommended.

Booking Notes:
Email confirmation of booking is required along with a non returnable deposit of 20% of the rental to be paid within 7 days of confirmation. The remainder is to be received 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Upon receipt we will forward on to you detailed driving instructions from Faro airport to where you will be met by an English speaking lady who will show you to the apartment.

Changeover Day:
Open according to bookings. Arrival 2pm, depart 10am (this is flexible and is dependent on bookings before and after).
