This villa has the wow factor it is central to all facilities for a perfect holiday location close to beaches restaurants, supermarkets water park and golf courses. Or it is completely self contained if you just want to chill out and relax. Large bedrooms with en-suites big terraced area for sunbathing or downstairs terrace for dining and relaxing. There is a separate grassed children’s play area with Tree house/slide and swings. The outdoor area has a big fully fitted Summer kitchen with TV dining area complete with awning if you want some shade. There is a separate bar/ BBQ area all facing the large pool with water slide and separate toilet and outdoor shower. The villa is located midway between Murcia and Alicante airports a truly spectacular villa. Spectacular offers for Autumn/Winter also have a 9 seater minibus for hire at great rates.

About The Owner

Our beautiful home is spectacular it caters for everyone families, couples etc our children love the house and especially the garden with ready made park and large pool and the design of the property is you can see where the children are whilst you are relaxing sitting at the bar, or cooking in the kitchen. The house is very big so you can have your own space when you need it. Everyone that comes to our house is impressed and loves it because it is private and secure but access to lots of local amenities nearby if you want to venture out.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2007

Why The Owner chose Torrevieja Area

We loved it we were going to move to Portugal until we saw this house. We loved it because at the time we had two children and the house had three bedroom on one level which we found all other houses we looked at buying had 2 bedrooms on one level and one below which was not ideal for small children. Now we have added another bedroom so there are 4 bedrooms on one level. Also the space of the house so we all had space and the outside area with the pool central and play park central so we watch the children. It is close to town but not too close to be noisy and it is extremely private and larger than it looks from the outside.

What makes this villa unique

You would benefit greatly the house has a fantastic location. Close to the beach golf, shopping supermarkets, waterparks, restaurants etc. It caters for families and entertaining and has everything you can imagine for a perfect holiday any time of the year.

BBQ bar area with bar stools overlooking the pool. Children’s grassed play park with tree-house slide and swing set. Large covered terraced with dining table chairs and sofa and chairs. Utility Room: Washing machine, condenser dryer sink, vacuum cleaner plenty of cupboards for cleaning equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided for use at the villa only. Please bring beach towels. A full clean is provided prior to your arrival. Other: Large dining room with 8 seater dining table, card table with two chairs , large dresser. Inside bar area with bar stools.

Stunning Villa

Just got home after 2 weeks in your beautiful villa, we would like to thank you for letting us stay in your stunning place. Our 3 kids (big kids) and 5 grandchildren had the best time ever. The photos on the website do not do it justice. We would definitely recommend it to our friends. The house sitters were very helpful. Again thank you from a very happy family

Lovely holiday as a family

A beautifully maintained property with a swimming pool. We used it as a holiday for our teenagers revising for their GCSE's and A levels. Plenty of tables for them to spread out and revise. A couple of minutes walk to restaurants, a couple of minutes drive to the supermarket and the hub of the area.

Clean, comfortable, away from it all.

The only thing I would change is that the single beds are very small for young adults. There are three singles really suitable for junior school children (2ft 6inches wide). We have booked for next year and have suggested to the owners that the single beds (one of which is a small racing car) are changed for proper beds. Hope this happens. We will be in a pickle otherwise as the teenagers are growing! The double bedded adult rooms are beautiful and most are en-suite.

Overall a great property and looking forward to returning.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your response we are glad you enjoyed our home and have re booked for next year our single beds are full size single beds including the racing car bed ?We have a queen bed, king size, 2 doubles and 3 singles all full size plus the racing car bed also full size. My 6 foot 8 husband has slept in the racing bed and many families love the fact it has sides so toddlers don't fall out so we do not want to replace this bed as so many families love it. We confirmed that we would change that bed for one of the other single beds for your visit.The photos are now uploaded so you can see the beds and layout plus more photos of our stunning villa. Every family has different needs and we try our best to cater for them.

Guadamar beach is the closest a beautiful blue flag beach 18km long. La Mata and Torrevieja and La Marina beaches are only 15 minutes drive.


The villa is in between Murcia and Alicante airports both have a 30 minutes driving distances. Car hire would be recommended however the villa is in walking distance to all facilities.

Booking Notes:
A non refundable deposits of 30% is required when booking.
Final payment is required 8 weeks before arrival.
300 pounds damages deposit paid on arrival and returned into your bank 5 working days after departure after inspection providing all the conditions on the rental contract are met.
150 euros cleaning and laundry fee payable on arrival
The villa has to be left in the same condition as arrival.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is the preferred change over day please vacate the villa by 10am so the villa can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests arrival. Check in time is after 4pm arrangements can be made to accomodate via email.

Notes on prices:
Prices are quoted in UK pounds but payment can be made in euros.
If you require the pool heated that will be additional charge of 250 pounds per week

A 30%deposit is required to secure the booking then the final payment must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival
