2 bedroom apartment in this calm beautiful Riviera Golf Residence, at the foot of the Esterel hills. This is a ground floor apartment. It has a large living / dining room with sliding doors to the terrace and decked garden area. There is a separate well equipped kitchen also opening to the garden. There are two bedrooms .One with a bath & shower ensuite the second with a shower ensuite.Both bedrooms have terraces. The large sunny deck has wonderful views of the Golf Course and the Esterel hills .. . The apartment is right beside one of the 3 beautiful swimming pools with sunbeds and toddlers pool.

The apartment is 10 mins by car to the beeches and restaurants of La Napoule & Mandelieu. It is just 5 mins to a supermarket .

Lovely homely spaceoius apartment

Nice spaceouis apartment over-looking golf course, south facing in a gated community,Great location to all local amenities. It is ideally situated to visit all surrounding areas. ( 30mins Nice, 15mins Cannes -by car). There are so many beautiful villages to visit you could visit one everyday, or if you prefer the beach there are several sandy beaches close by. The large pool is steps a way from the apartment plenty of sun loungers shelted with views of the Esteral mountains. We made good use of our bikes only 30mins to cycle to Cannes. The village of La Napoule offered friendly boulagaire, bars & restaurants. We are frequent visitors to the area the first time we have stayed in this apartment and would definitely return again. The owners are very accomadating (a nice couple to deal with).

Fantastic apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed this lovely apartment and nearby beaches and town of la Napoule.

There was everything we needed in the apartment and the pool adjacent was very pleasant .

Thanks to Pat for our stay- we hope to be back again soon.

Absolutely fantastic

The apartment is lovely, very clean and has everything you could need. The view from the terrace and living room is breath taking, there was an initial collective wow! from us all upon seeing it for the first time. The pool is a 3 minute walk from the apartment and is great. A lovely place to relax and escape the heat of the day.

The wifi was excellent and it was good to have English Sky TV channels for when it was just too hot to go out.

Supermarkets are less than a five minute drive away as are the beaches. Mandelieu La Napoule is stunning with some great restaurants and is a 5 minute drive away. Cannes is less than 30 minutes away by car and that too is beautiful.

Pat's apartment is perfect for a relaxing stay in the south of France, I cannot recommend it enough.

10 Mins drive to Theole, and the drive into Cannes is all along the seafront with its many beaches.


Nice Airport is 30 mins door to door.

A car is essential as there is poor bus service.

The villages of Mandelieu and La Napoule have a big selection of shops, banks, Restaurants etc. There is a Market every week in both villages.
