Located in the picturesque resort town of Mandelieu-La-Napoule, this comfortably furnished 2-bedroom 900 sq foot apartment with 876 sq foot Terrace overlooking the stunning Riviera Golf de Barbossi is the perfect base for golfers, couples and families wishing to explore the beautiful French Riviera at any time of the year, due to its all year round mild climate, beach resorts, picturesque villages, restaurants, arts and annual festivals.

The Golf de Barbossi is a 2-minute drive from the apartment, or a comfortable 10 minute walk. The Old Golf Course on the coast in Mandelieu is a 5-minute drive. A pass can be purchased to play on both golf courses. There are numerous golf courses within 30 minutes drive, including the ‘Royal Mougins Golf club’, 15 minutes away.

The beach, Yacht Marina, Chateau, restaurants and shops of Mandelieu-La-Napoule is 5 minutes drive.

Picturesque Theoule-Sur-Mer with excellent restaurants and beach is within 10 minutes drive.

The resort town of Cannes, famous for its international film festival, boulevard de la Croisette, with upmarket boutiques, restaurants and white sandy beaches is a 15-minute drive.

The quaint village of ‘Vieux Mougins’ with its Museums, Galleries, Chapels, Gastronomic restaurants and village shops is within 15 minutes drive.

The A8 motorway is a 5-minute drive, providing you with quick access to discover all the beautiful regions of the Cote d’Azur. Monaco and Italy are within a 1 hour drive. Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport is 30 minutes.

After entry at the main gate with security, a short drive leads you through the luxury domain to Residence 'Maryland'. The building is accessed with a code and videophone.


Entrance to spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, dining table and TV with Sky. Sliding doors lead directly to the:

East and South facing decked 876 sq foot Terrace furnished with sun loungers, a choice of 2 Alfresco dining areas with panoramic views over the golf course and Esterel hills.

Separate fully equipped kitchen which leads directly to the decked Terrace and Alfresco dining area.

Bedroom 1 with double bed (2x90x200) and ensuite bathroom with bath/overhead shower, basin/ toilet and direct access to the rear west-facing Terrace.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds (90x200) with ensuite shower and direct access to the rear west-facing Terrace.

Separate toilet and wash hand basin


There are 3 swimming pools within grounds for guests to use with sun loungers and showers. The pool immediately adjacent to the apartment is a 1-minute walk.

Lovely homely spaceoius apartment

Nice spaceouis apartment over-looking golf course, south facing in a gated community,Great location to all local amenities. It is ideally situated to visit all surrounding areas. ( 30mins Nice, 15mins Cannes -by car). There are so many beautiful villages to visit you could visit one everyday, or if you prefer the beach there are several sandy beaches close by. The large pool is steps a way from the apartment plenty of sun loungers shelted with views of the Esteral mountains. We made good use of our bikes only 30mins to cycle to Cannes. The village of La Napoule offered friendly boulagaire, bars & restaurants. We are frequent visitors to the area the first time we have stayed in this apartment and would definitely return again. The owners are very accomadating (a nice couple to deal with).

Fantastic apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed this lovely apartment and nearby beaches and town of la Napoule.

There was everything we needed in the apartment and the pool adjacent was very pleasant .

Thanks to Pat for our stay- we hope to be back again soon.

Absolutely fantastic

The apartment is lovely, very clean and has everything you could need. The view from the terrace and living room is breath taking, there was an initial collective wow! from us all upon seeing it for the first time. The pool is a 3 minute walk from the apartment and is great. A lovely place to relax and escape the heat of the day.

The wifi was excellent and it was good to have English Sky TV channels for when it was just too hot to go out.

Supermarkets are less than a five minute drive away as are the beaches. Mandelieu La Napoule is stunning with some great restaurants and is a 5 minute drive away. Cannes is less than 30 minutes away by car and that too is beautiful.

Pat's apartment is perfect for a relaxing stay in the south of France, I cannot recommend it enough.

comfortable apartment

This apartment is very homely, with a large deck/terras. Great view over golfcourse and the Esterel mountains. There is no airconditioning. but we didn't need it, the bedrooms are situated on the north side.

There are fans in every room. Boxspring beds are good.

The large swimmingpool is a step away from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a safe gated community.

Kitchen is fully equipped.

We had a great time, recommended.
