The bathroom comprises shower cubicle, wc and wash basin with heated towel rail. There is also a downstairs wc. The garden with patio area is equipped with table and chairs and a BBQ so you can enjoy those summer evenings in style.

Quantock View is a three bedroom cottage & Quantock Barn is a two bedroom cottage situated in the heart of Somerset. Just a few miles from the property the breathtaking Quantock Hills offer perfect walking and biking terrain. The cottages have a wonderful modern feel to them. Quantock View has extensive country views and Quantock Barn with its own private hot tub. The local holiday park is just a few minutes walk and offers many family amenities for you to enjoy throughout your stay. The park offers numerous facilities within the price to include swimming, boating, and evening entertainment (evening entertainment is available during school holidays and mid season weekends April - Oct) . The park also offers pay as you go to their fully equipped gym, sauna's and studio classes!

Booking Notes:
Deposit of 25% of the full price of the stay needs to be paid to confirm booking. The balance is due no less than six weeks prior to arrival.

Changeover Day:
Saturday changeover during the busy periods, however, please contact me if you have other chageover days and if at all possible I will try to accommodate them.

Heating is including, electricity is payable via a £1 coin meter (Quantock Barn electric included within price).
