Traditional studio apartment with sensational views of the sea and coastline; if you like waking to the sound of the Atlantic Ocean, this is the place for you. Located in beach resort of San Marcos which is 3 KM from the large market town of Icod de la Vinos and only 20 KM from the large resort of Puerto De La Cruz.
As mentioned we love the area, but the apartment is very special because of its convenience and breath taking views from the balcony (un-interupted Ocean views and down the stunning coastline).
Its a 5 min walk (down!) to the beach, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop near to the apartment block and the buses pass every hour down to the beach or up to the local town of Icod, There is also a well stocked small supermarket at the beach.

San Marcos is a lovely quiet place to have a break.
The property was roomy for one. The view from the balcony was brilliant. Communications were excellent and the description accurate.

Very relaxing!
The property is a perfect getaway. Ideally suited for two persons. The view is spectacular, and the calming affect of the sea below is amazing. The property has all the facilities for cooking,washing machine etc. Very well equipped for a small property. We will be returning again very soon.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable !
L'emplacement est exceptionnel tous près de la plage San Marcos. 5min à pied par des escaliers. Une vue exceptionnelle depuis le petit balcon. Superbe impression que d'entendre le bruit des vagues et encore plus la nuit tombée. L'appartement est petit mais fonctionnel : tout à été prévu pour la cuisine et matériel de plage. Si vous avez besoin de faire vos courses vous avez le Mercadona à 5min en voiture. De plus une dizaine de restaurant sont devant la plage. La région en elle même est superbe à visiter pas loin de Garanchico. Par contre je recommande la location d'une voiture pour bien visiter. Les seules choses qui manque c'est la connexion internet et la télévision. Mais bon pour le prix minime c'est un rapport qualité prix imbattable !

Lovely San Marcos.
The property has an amazing view and is very good value for money. Lovely place to stay for a couple. San Marcos is quiet and the ideal place to chill but also ideally situated for holiday activities or touring the island. John Lee the property agent is a lovely man: especial thanks John for rescuing us when we locked ourselves out of the property. Thanks also for the grocery supplies left for us on the first day.

Why they chose this property

My parents discovered San Marcos and liked it so much, that they decided to live there when they retired. It has been like a second home to me and my family, so it did not take long to decide to buy in San Marcos. We have always found the area a little quieter and more Canarian than the South of the Island, which also means its a lot cheaper to eat and shop. Also, the local people are very friendly and helpful.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has been recently redecorated and new balcony doors installed. There is the added convenience of a washing machine. It also has its own Tv with DVD player and DVDs
