Beautiful brand new apartment in a prestigious sunset location! A large 2 bedroom, fully air conditioned apartment, just moments from the sea in a quiet, family-friendly, pristine complex with huge pool & sunbeds. Inside the contemporary interior-designed apartment the main living room opens on to a huge 18m sun terrace leading directly on to the pool area. The master bedroom also opens on to the terrace. There is a luxuriously appointed separate kitchen & utility room. A short walk to the local beach 'port des torrent' (a gorgeous family beach with fantastic food at reasonable prices). 2012 saw the opening of the new sirenis waterpark, just minutes away. There is also a playpark & a 10-pin bowling alley nearby, & a great convenience store offering everything you might need - from bikinis & sun cream to lilos & souvenirs. Also a walk away is the supermarket selling a wide variety of food & necessities plus it's own delicious freshly-made bread.

FABULOUS apartment, large, beautifully designed & peaceful, yet near everything that we needed! Our children (aged 3 & 9) were never out of the pool and the younger one even learned to swim! The local beach became a family favourite (great we could just walk there & back) & the pizzas there were the best we've ever had! Thank you - we'll be returning soon! We loved the location of the apartment. Close to the airport and fab beaches & bars & sights of Ibiza that feature in the top of any list to visit. With your own private sundown spot, perfect after a sun drenched afternoon on the large terrace over looking the inviting pool (great for lengths or a cool dip). The apartment has a private and quiet feel, yet it is a short drive to many super places to visit. The apartment has everything you need in terms of space, facilities, to cater yourself or enjoy relaxing in the large open living space. Can't wait to go back! Cat Booker, Wendover.

Notes on accommodation: A breathtaking, pristine, family-friendly apartment on a quiet, up-market complex. Perfect for chilling out after you've been partying elsewhere, but please no partying in the apartment, pool or anywhere on the complex! There is a smaller, brand new 2 bedroom apartment available to hire that adjoins this one, it sleeps up to 7 and can be hired together or separately. Please see our other listing. No smoking. No high heels on wooden floor. No tanning lotion on bedsheets, hairdye on towels etc. Outside: Lawned & decked area around the pool. Communal pool 25 x 6 metres. Pool is cleverly designed with the steps into it running lengthwise. This maximises the shallow area (perfect for children of all ages!), but also leaves a large deep area for swimming. External dining area with table, 8 chairs, BBQ, designer sunbeds & beanbags from Ibiza's leading interiors store SLUIZ. Large 18m long terrace with sea & sunset views. Utility Room: Equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean linen & towels provided, plus a mid week maid service provided on request. Other: Separate dining area with BBQ. Huge 18 metre terrace, & a few steps down to the cleverly designed swimming pool. Terrace has relaxing areas in sun & shade all day. Pool has new, stylish sun-loungers & parasols. On-street parking right outside.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location!

My family and I were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful apartment in one of the best position's in Ibiza.

We truly feel so grateful to have found this perfect spot in Ibiza and will definitely be returning.

The beach, which is 5/10 mins walk away, was really lovely and had a laid back vibe going on, especially late afternoon where you could watch the sunset and spend the evening eating and drinking in one of the fab restaurants whilst the kids still happily played!

The apartment itself was imaculate and stylish, beautifully decorated, but still felt homely! The owners were very helpful and so informative about the island. The complex is of a very high standard, the pool was great for the children with a lengthly shallow end.

All in all the perfect package, I would recommend to anyone!

Comfortable Stylish Apartment

Great apartment in a great location.

Both owners and property managers great to deal with, very friendly and very accommodating. Pool is great for kids as there is a massive shallow area, and there's plenty for kids (toys/pool stuff) at the apartment too. Master bed is mega comfy and the air conditioning is amazing!

Booking Notes:
Booking procedure: We require 50% of the balance by bank transfer to secure the booking, and then the balance is to be paid 2 weeks before departure. We also require a 500 Euro/GBP damage deposit which is returned upon check out subject to an inspection.

For stays of less than 7 days there is a standard £37 per night surcharge.

Changeover Day:
Change-over day is Saturday for weekly stays, but please ask if you need a different day & we'll try & accommodate you if possible. Shorter stays are available during low season or by negotiation.

Notes on prices:
These prices are for the large gound floor apartment. For larger groups, there is also a 2 bedroom (4 person) basement apartment that can be rented in addition. The basement apartment is very light & airy, and is under the main apartment, with huge French doors. Steps lead down to it from the end of the terrace/pool area, so if a group of friends were renting both you could share the huge terrace, or have your own privacy. The basement apartment costs 2/3 of the rental price of the top one.
