What a super location for this one bedroom apartment in Benidorm. You will find it overlooking the well known Avenida Mediterraneo, just one street back from the beach.

The sunny apartment has sea views and is within 2 minutes walk of the golden sandy beaches and promenade of the Levante beach with restaurants, bars and shops all on your doorstep.

A lift will take you to the 5th floor from the street and the apartment has a good size lounge with patio doors opening to the large terrace with sea views. The lounge has satellite TV, dining table seating 4 people and a sofa bed which opens to two further single beds for extra guests if needed.

The terrace is furnished with table and chairs so you can sit and relax and take in the sea views or watch the hustle and bustle in the street below.

The kitchen has all you need for your stay, microwave, 2 electric hobs, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle.

The bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe space and faces the back of the building and there is a family shower room where you will find the washing machine and shower cubicle.

Hot and cold air conditioning is installed for your comfort in the lounge and with your safety and security in mind, the apartment has a safe, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and fire blanket.

This apartment is ideal for your summer holiday and winter sunshine breaks.

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks and had a great time. The only thing I was disappointed with was the sun on the balcony. I read on a previous review that the sun shines all day on the balcony, it doesn't, you may get a slither late afternoon, also the view that you see in the photos is not what you get when the trees are full of leaves. But we did have a great time and the apartment was clean and if you have forgotten ant toiletries, there is plenty left behind from other guests.

Great stay

This was our first trip to Benidorm and the picture does it justice. A great location, property was clean and tidy, Ali( very nice man ) the owner met us at the property and gave us a quick guide as to how everything works and pointed out where the main strip was .Tiki Beach is beautiful, restaurants and bars were better than expected, clean ,tidy and welcoming . If you want to just chill out or party I would recommend this apartment.

lovely hotel in the heart of night life beach and shops bit noisy but im a very light sleeper ear plugs worked wonders . Would use it again ali was great bottle of water teabags ect to start you of till you get to the shops plenty near to grab most things would recommend this apartment from young to old

Fantastic location

Met by Ali and introduced to the lovely airy apartment, and Ali also kindly supplied us with tea, coffee, sugar and milk so we could make a much needed drink when we arrived. The apartment is in an 8 story block with good sea views it was spotless and had every home comfort needed to make our stay more enjoyable. I have some mobility difficulties so the site of the apartment was excellent for me, surrounded by shops and restaurants, bus stop outside, beach across the road, what more could you want, definitely will book again and recommend these apartments. Ali and his wife were friendly and welcoming.

Brilliant

This was perfect for use in the middle of everything all the bars and shops at your door step and the beech across the road, the apartment was spotless the balcony is L shaped so a lovely breeze when you need it and the manager Ali & Sharon could not have been more helpful we will be back soon thank you Ali & sharon for a great holiday.

Nearest Airport : Alicante El Altet at 67 Kilometres Nearest Train : Benidorm at 1 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A-7 at 1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Levante at 100 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Benidorm's Levante beach is just 100 metres from the apartment block, Benidorm's Poniente beach and La Cala beach are a short drive or bus ride away, for those who like to explore the adjoining villages of Albir, Altea (pebble beaches) and Calpe, local bus services are running daily to these "must see" other areas of the coast line.

Travel:

Alicante International airport is located at 67km (58km motorway driving) Valencia airport is 150km (133km on motorway).

Car hire is not essential as everything is within walking distance, the bus service into the centre of Benidorm runs regular and taxis are a whistle away.

Car hire is recommended for those who like to explore and visit all the beautiful surrounding areas.

Distances:

Albir 9km away, is the next coastal village travelling north with it distinctive pebble beach. Altea follows famous for its old Spanish streets leading up to the church. Calpe is a further 22km north. Inland takes you to the villages of Alfaz Del Pi, La Nucia, Polop and Callosa D'Ensarria. Further inland takes you to "Guadalest" and "Fonts D'Algar" 2 very popular sight seeing places to visit. Further north, Valencia city is 160kms away. Travelling south, Alicante city is 46kms away.

Further Details:

Benidorm boasts its beaches but it can also boast its theme parks, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name just a few. For that special night out, Benidorm Palace is the place to visit. If you like boating then maybe you fancy having lunch on Benidorm Island using their regular shuttle service to and fro, or even travelling as far as Calpe and Alicante on a day excursion.

For the hard core shoppers, Benidorm has two regular open air markets to visit for that holiday bargain and if that’s not enough then each adjoining village has its own outdoor market on different days of the week.
