Spacious, bright and light purpose built 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views. Just a few minutes walk from the centre of the charming village of Courchevel 1650 with all its shops, bars and restaurants etc. The apartment has an enviable location with Ski in and out, right to the back door.

Perfect for families or 4 adults , the apartment is comfortable and well equipped for a relaxing holiday on the slopes. There is 1 Double and 1 twin, bathroom and separate WC.

About Sarah Lighton

I had been wanting to buy a property in the Alps for many years, and then in 2010, I found the apartment in Courchevel and made it happen - I haven't looked back. Living a busy life in London with a very demanding job, I find the apartment a lovely place to escape to and I always feel very at home there. Whether for an frantic week skiing with the family or a quiet weekend to break out of season, it's perfect. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Fantastic ski in/ski out - great value for money

This is the second time we stayed in this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment. The first time we stayed a whole week and most recently returned from a long weekend (both booked relatively last minute).

The location is fantastic. You can easily ski in/ ski out and be on the main slopes in the huge area that is the 3 valleys. The apartment is also only a short walk (150m) from all the amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, gondler station, etc) but still pretty quiet.

The apartment has everything you could need, kettle, microwave, fridge, oven and even a dishwasher. All areas were clean and tidy. The views are spectacular!

This year we took our 1 year old and a fantastic travel cot was provided. There is a lift for easy access to the 3rd floor (although there are a few steps when entering the building).

We have already recommended this apartment to friends and we look forward to going back. It is great value for money!

A lovely, well positioned, well appointed property

The property was warm and welcoming. We had a great Christmas there. Snow was sparse but the bus stop is very close to the apartment - so getting to the slopes was easy. Walking into town was a doddle with both the Supermarket and the Funky Fox visited often. The apartment was clean and tidy - and the shower was GREAT! Please can I come back when there is more snow and use the Petit Moriond lift which is soon close. I'd definitely recommend the apartment.

Nearest airport is Chambery, although Lyon, Grenoble and Geneva all have good transfer services to Courchevel.

Moutiers is just over 20 mins for the Eurostar, Ski train & TGV stations

Car is useful, but by no means essential.


Moutiers is just over 20 mins and Albertville about 50 mins drive. There is a regular bus service to Moutiers and beyond.

Advice on travel, ski lessons, and ski hire can be provided.

Baby sitting and can also be arranged with a reliable English team.
