A huge thank you to Graham and Paula ! Your family home in El Soto De Marbella is everything and more promised on the website. The tranquil setting and stunning scenery were the perfect backdrop for a relaxing family holiday. From the immaculate apartment to the well maintained gardens and pools it is difficult to find fault. Every amenity including shops , restaurants , bars and beaches are only a short drive away. We look forward to returning in 2017 !

Perfect Getaway

This apartment is everything and more from the description given. It is even more spacious than appears on the website, immaculately kept and with every 'extra' you can hope for - including golf clubs should you wish to use the 9-hole golf course which is literally on the doorstep. The facilities are excellent: tranquil gardens, numerous pools, custom-made gym and a clubhouse which offers delicious food. A hired car is recommended as within a short drive, you find what places like Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola and the old town of Malaga have to offer. I would definately recommend this property. The owners are extremely helpful and provide all the information and support you need before arrival. My husband and I will definately be returning next year.

From the Owner

We love the fact that we are away from the crowds but only a short driveway from the beach. We like the clean air and the sound of palm tree's gently swaying in the cooler air in the summer. The sound of the birds and other wildlife. We enjoy going for an afternoon stroll and taking in the amazing country and coastal views, then return to relax by one of the pools.

Activity and Interests


Although you feel high above the crowds you are just a mere 7-8 min drive to the famous Nikki Beach and White Pearl Beach. The delightful Cabopino harbour and Andy's beach are 10 minutes away. Or slightly further is the bustling resort of Puerto Banus which is a 20 minutes drive away.


Elviria is a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport and an hours drive from Gibraltar airport. Car hire is essential and we can advise on the best car hire companies to book with.


Elviria is a village located on the coast just 10 km east of Marbella. The Ojen national park is nearby and the old town of Mijas is just a 20 minutes drive away. Other places of interest are Gibraltar with it's great shops and naval history, you can take a trip to the top of the rock of Gibraltar by cable car or minibus, or take a boat trip and see the dolphins in the straits of Gibraltar. Within an hour and a half's drive is the ancient town of Ronda and it's dramatic gorge.

Elviria has a great range of facilities with shops, banks, supermarkets and a number of good restaurants to suite all tastes. There is a great buzz about Elviria at night, you can choose to sit outside on a warm summers evening and choose between different restaurant menu's or just have a relaxing refreshing drink after a days activities including Elviria's Aventura Amazonia Adventure park or an off road buggy safari - Both Great fun!!

Booking Notes:
To secure your booking a 25% deposit is required, the final balance is due 6 weeks before departure. A damage deposit of £200 will be required in the form of a separate cheque/deposit which is held on file and returned once the apartment has been checked at the end of your stay. Our apartment is maintained by a local company who can be contacted with regards to any problems. Keys are posted to your home or work address by secure postal method two weeks before departure.

Changeover Day:
Saturdays are preferred but we try to be flexible if we can.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

Outside: Leading down from the large terrace is your own private lawned garden with palm trees, shrubs and flowers. Sun beds are provided. The urbanization boasts 5 good size swimming pools with children’s paddling pools, four of which are just a couple of minutes walk away, including one which is "Solar Heated". Utility Room: Separate laundry room with washing machine, water heater. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival of new guests. Fresh linen is fitted to the beds and bathrooms are stocked with fresh bath/hand towels. Further linen & towel changes or a clean can be arranged at extra cost at the time of making the booking.
