Apartment 24e is a superb upper 3-bed room 2-bathroom south facing ocean front property. The apartment is very comfortably furnished. From the balcony overlooking the ocean and promenade lined with palm trees, there are uninterrupted views to the black rock (rocha negra) and the glorious beach. There are 3 bedrooms with the main having en suite and one further full bathroom. A comfortably furnished living room with patio doors leading to the balcony from where there are stupendous views of the ocean and black Rock

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances.

(5437AL) 24E is a superb comfortably furnished upper 3-bed room 2-bathroom Ocean front property. From the balcony overlooking the ocean and promenade lined with palm trees, there are uninterrupted views to the Black Rock (Rocha Negra) and the glorious beach. The owners operate a “no smoking” policy inside the property. We also do not recommend this property to children under the age of 6 (unless immobile in a cot)

The kitchen is very well equipped with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar ideal for 2 people

In the lounge there is very comfortable seating, a SAT TV (limited channels) Log effect gas fire making the property ideal for a winter rental. CD/DVD

Patio doors leading to the balcony from where there are superb views.

Best sea and beach view in Luz

This has to be one of the best apartments we have stayed in and certainly it was one of the best positioned in Praia Da Luz. The waterfront location is beautiful and the view of the beach, the sea and amazing Black Rock and cliffs is brilliant.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped and maintained and the cleaning service was great.

I would have no hesitation in recommending 24E to anyone.

Those who have visited Luz will know of its beauty and attractiveness. I don't really want to encourage too many people to stay as I love it as it is and don't wish to see it spoilt. But the truth is that Luz is a fantastic place with super restaurants and absolutely no loud night life - perfect!

Notre séjour en Algarve fut très agréable, en grande partie grâce au logement très bien situé près de la plage et avec une vue superbe sur celle-ci.Le logement est très bien équipé (je n'ai pas toutefois pas réussi à faire fonctionner la télévision, mais ce n'est pas grave, étant tout le temps dehors), très propre, avec un service de ménage. L'environnement est très calme, malgré la proximité de la plage.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

I thank this client for taking the time to do a review and am pleased they had a lovely stay _____________________________________ Our stay in the Algarve was very pleasant, thanks largely to housing very well located near the beach and with stunning views thereof.The housing is very well equipped (I have not, however, managed to run the television, but it does not matter, being outside all the time), very clean, with maid service. The environment is very quiet, despite the proximity to the beach. We will return with pleasure.

A Welcome return to Praia da Luz

We enjoyed our return visit to 24E it was spotless on arrival and it was good to see it is in good decorative order. The kitchen is modern and well stocked and very functional. We still had one or two odour issues but followed the advice in the house manual and this seemed to help eliminate the problem. My only critism is the balcony has too much furniture on it and is not easy to move about but that is easily sorted. Good maid service enabled us to have fresh towels during our stay and clean bedding. The location is brilliant and so handy for the beach and restaurants. My only regret is that it is not available for our choice of dates in 2017

Total perfection in a nutshell

Our second wonderful stay in this comfortable, warm , cosy well equipped apartment where everything was as perfect as previously. The service, through from the honest and helpful description of the letting agent to the local manager and efficient maid, was excellent.

As well as the beautiful views from the property it is perfectly situated for visits to two very well stocked supermarkets and a variety of very good restaurants. We are already looking forward to our next visit!!

The apartment is very central and Lagos with its abundance of bars & restaurants sprawling out onto the cobbled streets is approximately a 6 minute drive.

Further Details:

The supermarket, small shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. There is a taxi rank and bus stop both within a few minutes walk to the main square

for an extra charge per person tickets can be purchased to enable clients to use all facilities of "luz ocean club" which includes the use of 2 pools for families plus an adult only pool.
