We have holidayed in this fantastically located villa for over twenty years and could not miss the opportunity to purchase this superb property when it became available. A short fifteen minute taxi ride from Tenerife South airport finds you in the villa conveniently located on the `Golden Mile`. Two minutes to the lovely Las Vistas beach, two minutes to a host of restaurants from cheap and cheerful to trendsetting dining experiences and two minutes to some of the best shopping in Tenerife. The area around the complex has recently undergone a major street refurbishment making it one of the most stunning areas on the island.

What makes this villa unique

The property gives larger family groups the benefit of so much space and fantastic facilities. no more fighting for the shower with a choice of three. No more making up the settee to sleep on with four bedrooms available. No trailing back and forwards to the pool area, just wander outside. Very good indeed

Great location. Loved the proximity to the amenities of Playa de las Americas. The villa is in splendid condition and very clean and well presented. It was a huge bonus to be near the pool and both the on-site supermarket and restaurant. We had a great time and have booked again for next year.

Fabulous well maintained property

We loved the villa! Great location, right on the beach and in a bustly complex with great pool and bar. Ideal for our family trip away. The owner was very accommodating in providing us a cot and high chair for our little one. Would absolutely recommend.

Lovely villa in a perfect location

Had really good 8 days here. All the home comforts, everything provided. 4 of us (two couples) had plenty of room without being on top of each other. 3 good sized double bedrooms and one single. Nice patio area staight onto pool area. Unfortunately doesn't get the sun in December! Only small niggles are no washing up liquid or cleaning products or bin liners. Not practical for holiday makers to buy full bottles for a week.

All in all recommended.

Location location location

Space in abundance with pool and patio overlooking it a big bonus. The location relative to everything was good with no need for taxis for anything . The area had lots to do and an endless choice of places to eat out.

We found the villa clean and tidy with the large kitchen area being very well equipped. We enjoyed being able to nip to the shop on the complex and get warm fresh rolls for our breakfasts and lunches.

Perfect for a group of 30-60 yr old golfers.

Good private facility within apartment complex, plent room throughout, with a great kitchen area. A nice touch was the leftover spirits & sun creams etc., as a group we added to the collections.

Couple of neg points would be the lack of air con in a very hot & sticky environment. Also due to heat bed linen was smelling a bit musty. Thought a maid service would have changed towels & bed sheets,once, during our 8 day stay. This is the norm in all the other villas we have rented.

Over all, as a group, we enjoyed our stay. The villa / apartment complex is well sited for nearby bars & restaurants. It's also only a short walk into Los Cristianos

Owner's Response: Dear Golfers I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the points brought to our attention we have now addressed these . Additional maid service/linen change was always available by arrangement however this has now been highlighted on our web site. The bedding has also been checked with towels replaced and some pillows now renewed. Thank you for your comments and the addition to the drinks cupboard!
