Newly Built House - 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms.

A modern, newly built semi-detached house with south facing garden and balconies with sea views. The house is set over three floors. Downstairs is open plan with 2 sets of patio doors (one is bi-fold) leading to patio and south facing garden. There is a dining area seating 8 and a lounge area seating 8 around a log burning stove and wall mounted TV. The downstairs has underfloor heating and access to the garage for storage, washer/dryer and drinks fridge as well as a downstairs WC. On the first floor there are three bedrooms - one has a kingsized bed, en-suite shower room and a balcony with bi-fold doors. There is a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom (with bath and over head shower) and TV/Gaming room with sofa bed. The third floor has the master bedroom with a queen sized bed, an en-suite bathroom (with bath and separate shower enclosure) and a balcony (with sea view). All of the bedrooms have a wall mounted TV. The house is ideal for two families or group of friends. The garden is secure for dogs.

The protected waters of Beadnell Bay make it a favourite with water sports fans of all ages. Try your hand at kite surfing, kayaking or even wake boarding.

What makes this house unique

The property is an excellent base for those wanting to explore the surrounding area. Popular Seahouses is a mile away and has shops, a supermarket, restaurants etc as well as offering boat trips to the magnificent Farne Islands - a haven for bird watching. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its Castle and Gardens is a short drive away. There are several golf courses nearby.

Lovely house, lovely location: superb holiday

We spent a lovely week in Beadnell, the weather was very kind to us and we were charmed by the beautiful beaches and scenery. The house was all that was described and more - it was very well equipped and we really appreciated the lovely bottle of prosecco and delicious fudge cake! We found plenty of cutlery, plated and high quality cooking equipment, all easy to use and to hand.

The house is very spacious and the bedrooms large with plenty of storage space. The three bathrooms were luxurious and the toilet on the ground floor very useful. The cupboard on the ground floor was great for coats, shoes and the usual holiday clutter.

The garden at the back of the house was brilliant, a real sun trap for most of the day. It was nice to sit out, eat lunch, read or just enjoy the wonderful every-changing sky. The dog loved running round the garden playing with his toys.

The gate leading to the beach was one of the highlights of the house: within a couple of minutes you are on the wonderful Beadnell beach - within a couple of hundred yards you have a huge stretch of sandy beach to yourself.

A wonderful house and location: highly recommended.

A wonderful property in a lovely location. 5 stars!!

We had a wonderful stay in Beadnell in July this year. The property was exactly as advertised (and better). Furnished to a high standard this property gave our family of 8 (and 2 labradors) the perfect location to catch up together with only a 10 minute walk to the pub and just 2minutes to the beach. The property is also really well equipped. Kate, the host, was fantastic through the whole process. The prosecco and biscuits on arrival were also a lovely touch.

5 stars! Can't wait to return!

YOU MUST EXPERIENCE THIS!!!!!!!

We had the most relaxing stay in a rental property ever here in Beadnell. Thanks to Kate who is a very accommodating owner. We had everything we needed to enjoy this clean and well maintained house, the beautiful beach(200 yards out of garden gate) and the surrounding area(You must try the coffee shop in the

Ocean Club/Caravan park in Seahouses). I loved the balconies off the 2 en-suite bedrooms most of all

to watch the Dark Skies and the sun come up. I highly recommend a visit just wish I could stay longer.

We have throughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous house. We arrived to find flowers prosecco and chocolates. The house was spotless and well equiped with everything we could possibly want. This is our first visit to Nothumberland and the house is in an ideal location for the beach and coastal walks with Bamburgh castle close by. We would certainly recommend to friends and family. Communication with the owner was excellent and extremely helpful.

Fabulous!

The minute we walked into the apartment my husband was expressing his delight and throughout the week it never disappointed. The apartment is very comfortable, the heating was efficient (I'm a cold blooded creature!!) and the kitchen had everything we needed. The small porch allowed for drying off of the dog on the one occasion it rained so that's useful.

Beadnell is a lovely place to stay and the apartment is well situated with views of the dunes and a short walk to either beach - yes you have a choice at Beadnell :-)

We will definitely return (if they'll have us) and would thoroughly recommend.
