Beautiful open plan Villa, in Sao Martinho located in a very quite neighbourhood surrounded by woods and beautiful views of valley. Approximately 1 km to beach front with shops, bars and restaurants.

Our villa is modern, bright, spacious within easy reach of a beautiful beach. There are 4 bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with its own shower room downstairs, suitable for wheelchairs. Upstairs has another double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room and an outside seating area. The third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds and their own en-suite. Downstairs has an open plan living room and dining area which leads through to a large kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room area leads to a new extension with a snooker table and a seating area. The villa possesses its own private pool, with loungers and a secure enclosed garden. There is also a BBQ area near the pool.

The property is located in Sao Martinho do Porto, a short walking distance to (AA rated Silver Coast)with its golden sandy beach. The area is still very unspoilt and offers great value for money. For the sun lovers the Summers are vibrant with life, light and music. We prefer it just before and/or after this busy period to better connect and enjoy the changing seasons. For the more energetic, try Foz do Arelho for water sports and surfing... multiple golf resorts nearby e.g. Praia De’l Rey and Bom Sucesso. The area has rich heritage and has many fascinating places nearby to visit: e.g. nearby Nazare offer beach, vibrant night-life and aqua park; The medieval town and castle of Obidos; World Heritage Monastery at Alcobaca; Lisbon; Spa town of Caldas da Rainha.

Fantastic Stay!!

The villa was exactly what my group needed! I was left to organise a hen party for 8 girls and this villa was perfect! Jennie made it very easy for us to book and recommended a bus service from the airport that stops at the intermarche 5 mins down the road- unfortunately due to a flight change we couldn't get the bus so used ZIP Transfers- they were great!

We got a little lost on the way to the villa from the airport due to the road not having a name yet (new estate). The taxi driver rang Terase (villa manager) who was extremely helpful and directed us to meet her and then follow her to the villa- even though it was 10:30pm!!!

There was a lovely welcome package waiting for us when we arrived at the villa which was a nice surprise.

Overall the villa was very clean, apart from a little dust downstairs due to the on going extension- but we had been informed of this and it did not effect us in any way. It will be great once it's complete!

As already mentioned, the intermarche is literally a 5 minute walk down the road. It took us 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach which has lots of shops and restaurants to choose from! If you plan to stay local and chill out like my group did, you'll manage well without a car, unless you plan to go exploring further afield!

The bride-to-be and her hens all had a great time and would definitely come again!

Excellent Villa

The Villa is very spacious and clean with a lovely outside area and pool, the facilities were excellent with everything you would have at home. We were 2 families staying there and having en suites to each bedroom was great. The owners were so helpful in the run up to our holiday and Teresa who looks after the villa was great, helping us out with a few things. The location is very peaceful but within walking distance of the town. Very highly recommended especially for larger or extended families.

We had wonderful 2 week stay in this lovely villa. Everything we needed was available. The pool area was great especially for the 2 children. Close to the main supermarket and only a 20 minute walk to the town and beach. Some great places to visit and would recommend visits to Nazarre, Alcoboca and Obidosh. We did not have a car but managed fine using taxis and local transport. Have a go on the local train a great experience. The property manager, Teresa, was very helpful and gave us great advise on places to visit and eat. Sao Martinho is a lovely place and the people are very friendly. I would recommend this place to all.

Perfect holiday villa Sao Martinho do Porto

We are just back from a lovely 2 week break in the sun in Sao Martinho do Porto. The villa was perfect, had everything that you could need, a home from home, the photos don't even do it justice. It's very modern and obviously well looked after. The pool area had lots of sun beds and a table to sit outside and eat. Great size pool which was refreshing.

The villa is in a peaceful location meaning it was very quiet but it's an easy 10-15 minute walk down to the beach where you can find lots of lovely restaurants (Royal Marina, Boca do Mar, A Gaivota, Cais 24 and Tapas House to name a few we loved) The well stocked supermarket is within 5 minute walk of the villa as well as the local daily market which is within walking distance.

Would recommend this villa and would stay again!

Look forward to returning at some point.

a restful week, lovely villa

had a very nice weeks stay at the villa, it was very comfortable, and every thing we needed, pool nice and clean, walked to sea front most evenings, very nice restaurants, and the locals are great,

Stayed for a week wish it could have been longer. The villa is excellent very spacious and well equipped. It is in a quiet location but close enough to walk into Sao Marthino. Sao marthino it's self is an amazing place, with something for everyone, some of the food is excellent, try the Tapas Bar. We are a family of 8 of all ages from 60 to 11 and had a wonderful holiday. We will definitely return.

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% is required on booking with the balance payable 10 weeks in advance of arrival date. We require a security deposit of £300, which is refundable with in 1 week of departure. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are allowed.

Changeover Day:
In peak season, we aim to have Saturday as our changeover day but we can be flexible where possible. Check in 4pm and check out by 10am (we will try to accommodate early arrivals and late departures where possible).

Notes on accommodation: For winter the villa has full central heating and a fireplace in the lounge. The floors are fully tiled downstairs with laminated floors upstairs and all the windows have electric shutters enabling the villa to be kept cool in the summer. There is a strict non-smoking policy within this villa and we respectfully ask all visitors to refrain from smoking inside. Outside: There is a spacious garden with a beautiful pool and relaxing sitting areas. Pool furniture is supplied. The property is gated and surrounded by woods making it a very quiet and private location. There is a lovely BBQ area located next to the pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and Linen are included and replaced weekly... There is a washing machine to fit your routine.
