The luxury Elviria Hills development is known as one of Spain's best residential developments, just 5 minutes from the lovely sandy beaches of Elviria, famous for their beach-side chiringuitos and just 15 minutes from Marbella. Built sympathetically around its own 9-hole golf course and within beautifully landscaped, immaculately maintained grounds, this apartment offers very private space with its own large terrace. WOW Apartment is amazing

2 weeks of Bliss.

The apartment is Furnished to perfection, it is a true home from home.

Paul the owner is very easy to deal with and everything went smoothly .

Inside the apartment the kitchen is new and has everything you need, you have a utility room with washing machine as well.

3 lovely bedrooms, the master has a new top of the range bed that is very comfy, also the most fantastic en suite I have had the pleasure to use.

Our son choose the 2nd bedroom with king sized bed and en suite and also a lovely lounge area which could double up as a 4th bedroom with a day bed and under bed underneath.

Alex loved this bedroom.

The 3rd bedroom also fantastic with2 single beds that would also give a super king bed pushed together, it would have been a pleasure to stay in any of the bedrooms.

Also another shower room off this bedroom.

Marble floors throughout absolutely stunning.

The lounge next this was a great space, comfy sofa and chairs which are top quality.

Also dining furniture was top quality.

Then the wow factor is the splendid patio area, what can I say, everyday was a delight to lift the electric shutters to a fantastic view.

You have 3 fantastic sun loungers a dining set and a lovely rattan suite also top quality, you can easy spend most of your day out here.

Wifi is available and easy to connect to as well.

The swimming pool is also great, quite often you get it to yourselves.

The area is a great location and there are at least 30 restaurants within easy reach.

We like a bottle of wine so we used taxis a t night 6 euros would take you to most of them or a 3 minute drive.

Never had a bad meal in Elviria, also Marbella and Puerto Banus easy to get to.

11 out of 10 we can not fault our stay.

Excellent apartment and location

Wonderful apartment directly out of a interior magazine.(with one day of rain during our stay you'll appreciate )Golf can be played direct out of the front door and the Michelin star decorated clubhouse is very good to finish your round. Nice pool and gardens .Yes a car or taxi(cheap) is needed (as is it is quit a steep walk)but only for a 3 min drive to the shops and bars and a further 2 more for the beach. Good and quick contact with the owner (lots of local info available)and manager at site. Can't think of any thing we have missed in the week we stayed. So we will return again.

Relaxing getaway

I and my family have just returned from a stay at this very tasteful and wonderfully equiped ground floor apartment in the peaceful surroundings of Elviria Hills in Elviria,Marbella.We were a family of 5 adults,two children and a baby and still found it large enough to accomodate us comfortably.It gave an opportunity for us to relax as a family without having to seperate into different hotel rooms.It is situated in beautifully landscaped gardens and although the pool is shared,we had it to ourselves almost all the time with the children free to splash around.Car hire is a must really as its quite a walk to shops,bars and restaurants etc although not isolated.We were glad we arranged car hire.Would love to return one day finding the owner extremely helpful giving us so much local info.Fab holiday all round.

A perfect get away. The property was clean, well maintained and had everything we could possibly need whilst staying there. The garden was private and perfect for sunbathing. The pool was clean with a toilet and parasols available if needed. 2 small criticisms, although we expected the on site Michelin starred restaurant to be expensive we were still disappointed with the food and the walk to the beach took about 30 minutes down hill. The taxi home was relatively cheap though.

Further Details:

This apartment is a 2nd home and used extensively by the owner and family. It is therefore very comprehensively furnished to a far higher standard that most holiday homes, with good quality furniture throughout.

It is situated in a quiet well-established residential area just 8 kms east of Marbella and 30 minutes from Malaga airport. Elviria has become the most prestigious area east of Marbella and its sandy beaches are generally backed by sand-dunes and a range of local tapas bars and restaurants. The 5-Star Don Carlos hotel, Marriott Resort and Nikki beach are all in Elviria. Behind the beach is the village, thriving with restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and price ranges. Elviria Hills was constructed in the late 1990s and has developed into one of the best landscaped and well maintained developments on the Costas.
