Nearest airport - Salzburg: 75 Kilometres

Nearest train - Taxenbach: 10 Kilometres

Once you have arrived at the resort a car is not required. Public transport is efficient and plentiful.

Distances:

The apartment is situated at the edge of the charming Rauris town and is only a 5 minute walk away from the town centre and near by amenities. The nearest large town is Zell am See which is 25km distance. Salzburg is approximately 85km and Munich Airport 220km.

Further Details:

Two super markets within walking distance of the apartment, numerous restaurants, bank with ATM machine, dentist, doctors, high-street chemist, two bakeries, one with a coffee shop, and various clothing and outdoor sports shops all available within the village. Large outdoor pool with slide, open 1st of May to 10th of September.

Booking Notes:
Prices are in UK pounds. £100 deposit required with booking. Full payment due eight weeks prior to occupancy. Refundable security deposit of £200 payable on arrival to First Choice apartment representative. End of stay cleaning charge 110 Euros, (payable locally). On arrival you will be met by our local representative from First Choice Apartments who will hand over keys and show you around the apartment and facilities.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover date is Saturday/Sunday, this can be flexible. Our apartment must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
