This lovely third floor 2 bedroom apartment boasts beautiful sea views across Santa Ponsa bay. It is located close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets and the beach is only 5 minutes walk away. The complex has a shared pool with children's section and a small children's play area. The complex is equipped with lifts to all floors and is a clean modern block. The apartment itself boats a newly refurbished bathroom.

After being double booked elsewhere, I was left with 5 flights and no accommodation and in pure panic about our upcoming holiday, that we had booked for my mothers 64th birthday. Then all our problems were solved when I found this little gem available for the dates we had booked flights for. Gareth was so helpful and accomodating and saved us from a lot of hassle and made our holiday one of the easiest and stress free holidays I have ever booked.

I was amazed at the location, facilities and cleanliness of the apartment. We spent many of our evenings on the balcony enjoying the view and discussing the idea of owning our own apartment like this one.

I can honestly say this is one of the best holidays I have had from finding it, booking it, and staying in it, it was first class all the way and I am so happy to have found it.

I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Santa ponsa.

Little gem!

I booked the apartment as a last minute holiday for my family and my neighbour. 5 of us in total, including 3 kids. I have only ever stayed in self catering accommodation in large hotels in Spain, so was expecting something similar. We were there for 10 days.

I was absolutely amazed at the location, facilities and cleanliness of the apartment. It felt like a home away from home in a short time. We spent numerous evenings on the balcony enjoying the view fantasising about buying a similar apartment.

The apartment was well stocked with extras including beach parasols, English TV (the kids were happy!) a DVD player, sandwich toaster and even basics like cooking oil, washing up liquid. Also plenty of books to read.

Whilst we were there we had trouble using the washing machine as it turned out the socket to the machine had no power to it. One quick text to Gareth and an electrician was quickly arranged, The electrician arrived promptly at 9.00am so we were able to get on with our day.

A bonus to our stay was that as there was a gap between our stay and the next booking of a couple of days, Gareth let us use the apartment until we needed to depart for our late flight.

We used the swimming pool nearly every day and I agree that the pool is quiet, at times there was only ourselves and possibly another family. This did not detract from our holiday and we liked the fact that the shallow end was under cover and provided shade to this part of the pool.

I would highly recommend booking the apartment to my friends and family.

Location, Location, Location!

Just returned from an excellent 1 week stay in this apartment which was made all the better due to the quality of furnishings and the location of the apartment. As mentioned by previous reviewer, the owners were a delight to work with and everything was exactly as described (only better in my opinion). Was a bit nervous at beginning of booking directly with an owner, however there was no need to be as it was a very easy process and all went smooth. As a family of 5, with different interests we loved the location of the apartment as it was literally between both the beach on your left as you leave or simply walk to your right and you'll come to Spanish Square. The holiday was made better due to the great quality of local restaurants and bars such as El Ceibo, Xaloc, El Jardin, Grill Manolo's and Pizzeria Italia, all within easy walking distance! Loved it here and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Only slight criticism we would have would be the pool area as its on 4th floor and was quite quiet during our stay, however some others may find this a bonus! its simply a matter of choice but the close proximity to the beach meant we visited there everyday instead!

Stayed in this apartment for two weeks. Has everything that you need. Clean, nice apartment,closed to supermarket,beach, pubs and restaurants. Owners Gareth and Helen lovely and very easy to deal with.

Activity and Interests


The apartment is a five minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach in Santa Ponsa. There are sunbeds and parasols available to hire and there are beach bars for refreshments. There are pedalos and banana boat rides for hire and boat trips are available to book within the resort. There is a harbour approximately 20 minutes walk away.


The complex is approximately 30 minutes from Palma airport. Taxi's are available at arrivals and bus transfers can be booked through numerous websites. Car hire is not essential to a stay in Santa Ponsa. Buses are readily available to visit local resorts and the 102 bus will take you straight to the beautiful city of Palma.


Santa Ponsa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with the option of visiting the busy bustling night-life of Palma Nova & Magaluf which are approximately a 15-20 taxi ride away. The lovely resort of Paguera is only a 10 minute bus ride away. Palma city is a great place to visit with its beautiful cathedral & many shopping opportunities. It also boasts a large marina/harbour definitely worth a walk along the coastal walkway. There are many shops, bars & restaurants with Santa Ponsa within 5 mins walk.

Further Details:

There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the apartment block. There are numerous supermarkets all within walking distance. There are banks and money exchange shops within 5 minutes of the apartment. Cycle hire is available along with car/moped hire.

Changeover Day:
