Villa in La Fustera, Calpe, Costa Blanca North, Spain - Peaceful Location Close To Beach, Golf Course, And The Popular Market Town And Fishing Port Of Calpe

Discounts can be offered depending on time of year please enquire. Situated in a very quiet part of La Fustera which is 6 Kilometers from Calpe Town Centre. A 20 minute car journey will find you in the beautiful area of the Jalon Valley where Grapes, Lemons, Oranges and Almond Groves abound. The villa is typically Spanish and furnished very comfortably. We have just installed a new kitchen with granite worktops.

About John Blick

I live in England with my partner. We both work, but spend most of our holidays in Spain, where we have made many friends. We hope that whoever rents the villa will have as much enjoyment as we do each year.

Why John Blick chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

I built the villa for my Mother and Father so the property has been in my family for many years. It has therefore a quintessentially Anglo/Spanish character. We are fortunate that over the years we have made a lot of friends a few of which we are fortunate to have living just down the road so it is great to visit them when we get the chance.

What makes this villa unique

We have always found the villa a great place to go and relax and unwind. What with its tranquil and quite surroundings the villa is a fantastic place to leave behind the hustle and bustle of the world. It is our second home so we have tried to furnish it with as much care as our home in the UK but also retaining its Spanish feel.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but allowed outside. There are ceiling fans in the lounge/diner, and all the Bedrooms. Mosquito screens are fitted to all windows throughout the villa. Outside: Great private pool shallow at one end & 2m at the deep end. The pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace bathed in sunshine all day, and there are plenty of sunbeds & a parasol available for your use. Utility Room: The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Included in the price is cleaning before and after your stay, and towels & bed linen with a weekly or mid-term change for bookings in excess of 9 nights.

Fantastic villa couldn't ask for anything better

Well worth it. We couldn't fault our stay in this beautiful well appointed villa. Close to all the amenities. Great pool. Spotlessly clean beautiful gardens. Just the place to relax and unwind.

Large villa loads of space and decent pool.

Large villa in quiet location in alta mira urbanisation. Remote control gates to parking area, everything in villa you'd expect plus large lovely pool. Big soft chairs in lounge with TV (no sky) good size well equipped kitchen, couple of bathrooms. Only one negative was no air con but all rooms had ceiling fans .. very pleasant stay

Booking Notes:
A deposit of £250 is required to secure your booking this will be held as damage security and will be refunded to you once the villa has been inspected at the end of your visit and we are in reciept of the keys. The final balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday (GB£ only)

Cancellation charges are as follows:
Up to 8 weeks- no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks 50% of the rate is refunded
2-4 weeks 25% of the rate is refunded
Less than 2 weeks- no refund

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible.


Arrival is after 2pm and departure 10 am unless otherwise agreed with the owners.

Notes on prices:
Prices reduced for June and July. June was £670 Now £600 July reduced from £770 now £600. Discount for returning guests.Payments are accepted in GB£ and can be made by bank transfer. Paypal can be accepted but will incur extra charges.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
