House in Bath, Somerset, England - Spacious Garden and Seating. Lovely Walk Through Victoria Park To The Centre Of Bath

This listing is for my entire house but it can also be let out entirely for business groups and/or or special events.

The house is a fully renovated Victorian 6 bedroom town house and finished to a high standard. It has always retained a full 4 star b&b rating since we started.

All of the rooms are decorated and furnished regularly and when needed to live up to our high standards.

All rooms are provided with linen, towels, TV, hairdryers.

All guests have use of the garden up until 10:00pm every evening and there is plenty of garden seating to accommodate.

This is a fantastic place for a family to spend time together in a beautiful house with everything you need including a cat! The owners were SO helpful and made the trip so special for us all that we didn't want to leave. The grandchildren were able to access the town easily and independently - it was perfect. One of the family said,"Can we do this and stay here every year?" No higher recommendation -thank you

Amazing! Very impressed

Hired the whole house for hen weekend, there had been some confusion surrounding getting in the property but once in all that could be used was WOW!

the owner was more than accommodating when it came to numbers and added an extra futon at a small charge to let us use this property.

The whole place is full of charm and the decor is to a high standard, it's clean and perfect for a weekend to Bath with not being too far to everything!

We used this for my sisters hen but would definitely like to go back! If you're unsure hopefully this review will help win you round!

From the Owner

Our beautiful Victorian house has been renovated to a high standard but still keeping all the original character. We have a lovely garden which catches the sun all day long, (weather permitting). We have a barbecue, garden seating and plenty of off road parking. There is an easy walk into the town centre through the beautiful Victoria park leading to the Royal Crescent followed by The Circus. However there is a bus service into the town centre every 7 minutes, 50 yard from The Firs. There are local shops and restaurants nearby. We can highly recommend the Chelsea Cafe, and the Desh on Chelsea Road and a little further afield are the Hop Pole pub and Marlborough Tavern. We have to mention that we do have a pet cat who lives on the premises. "Bob Cat's" bed is in the utility room but he does have his dinner in the kitchen. Those who have allergies should let us know prior to arrival so we can remedy an amicable solution.

1 mile into city centre. Within 5 minutes walk to shops, bank, cafe, laundry, bakers, hairdresser, beauty salon, take away and pub serving food
