Comfortable and well equipped bungalow in a lovely village.

First impressions of the property are very good. It is modern, clean, bright and well equipped. The fully enclosed back garden is great as a dog friendly space. The equipment, fixtures and fittings are all good quality and there is everything you need.

There is a book provided to tell you about the bungalow. It would have been useful if it had said where the user manuals for the appliances were kept. I only found them at the end of our stay in a drawer in the kitchen table.

Rhosneigr is a nice village with plenty of places to eat and good options for dog walking.

Homely comfy cottage perfect for beach

Perfect location, minutes walk from the beach and also the beautiful lake with plenty of wildlife! Pit stop in the Oyster Catcher is a must. Everything you need in the house, cosy and comfy. Great for peace and quiet and enjoying village life. Easy to visit Newborough, South Stacks and other lovely spots along this side of the island, nearby Cable Bay and Aberffraw very pretty. Would definitely stay again

Excellent Property

This was our second visit to the bungalow following a visit in October last year which we really enjoyed. As soon as we arrived it felt like we were returning home. You couldn't wish for a better location, less than a 5 minute stroll to the village centre and yet nicely tucked away in a quiet little cul-de-sac with a lovely rear garden area which catches the sun all day and is fully enclosed so perfect to let the dogs out without worry, on top of this you are only a short stroll to the beach.

The property is clean and well maintained throughout and Alex was always very prompt getting back to us during the booking process and also keeping us informed.

We would definitely recommend the bungalow to our friends and are certainly looking forward to another visit hopefully later in the year.

Special interest holidays:

Rhosneigr excels in outdoor pursuits - extremely popular resort for Windsurfing, Sailing, Kitesurfing, water skiing, jet skiing or just beach walking. Also 30 mins drive from the Snowdonia national park for hill walkers/climbers.

Coast/Beach:

4 minutes walk to Rhosneigr main beach and 5 minutes walk to broad beach

Near to the new restaurant, the Oystercatcher

Travel:

Best to arrive by car, although there is a station (request stop) outside the village 20 mins walk from the property. Once here everything is within walking distance.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is Friday. The property is cleaned between 12 noon and 5pm therefore guest are asked not to arrive before 5pm and to check out by 12 noon.

Contact owner for flexibility on short breaks and extra days. 20% discount to the weekly rate for short weeks, weekends.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
