Special interest holidays:

If you have kids and you want to enjoy some sports and adventure, you’ll find the Barcelona Bosc Urbà at 900 metres. Located in plaza del Forum you’ll find an urban adventure park: zip wires, nets, creepers, bungee jumping, suspension bridges and trunks on platforms of up to 6 metres in height are just some of the more than fifty attractions that await you in the different circuits designed for both boys and girls and their families, and for those who are eager to experience strong emotions.

Coast/Beach:

You’ll reach the popular beaches of Mar Bella and Bogatell in less than 10 minutes by foot. Barcelona's Mar Bella Beach runs for about half a kilometre and is a firm favourite with young people. It is a beach where nudism is allowed. Sailing and boat hire are some of the services available. The Bogatell beach is Barcelona's "Olympic" beach. Extending for nearly 600 metres, it was created for the 1992 Olympic Games. It has adapted showers, adapted public toilets and children games area.

Travel:

It is just 20 minutes by taxi or car from Barcelona’s airport "El Prat" and a few minutes’ walk from the Subway stop of Poblenou and Selva de Mar.

Just in front the apartment you’ll find the bus stop of Line 7 which connects you with Gran Via, Passeig de Gràcia (city centre) and the university Campus at Zona Universitària.

Further Details:

It’s important to mention that you’ll find 2 large supermarkets at 900 meters (Carrefour and Al Campo). If you prefer small shops, you’ll find a small grocery store and a bakery just around the corner.

Perfect stay for a family

The communication with the owner was excellent and we found the flat to be a fantastic place for our family of 5. Venus met us for check in and she was very helpful despite a bit of a language barrier. The area was very family friendly and felt very safe. The beach was a walkable 15 minutes and the Metro, supermarket and bakery were very close by. The apartment was clean and comfortable with almost everything we needed, including games for the kids and fast Wi-Fi. We had a good quality blow up bed for our 3rd child who slept in the lounge. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation rental!

The apartment was very clean, safe, and well appointed. The location made it easy to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, or the beach. The outdoor balcony was perfect for mornings and evenings and a great spot for drying clothes. All in all we loved the apartment and our time in Barcelona!

Appartement à louer sans hésiter!

Appartement très moderne, avec des équipements de marque et de qualité, spacieux, clair, propre. Jolie vue sur le "patio" avec les piscines. Bus au bas de la rue avec un accès direct au passeig de Gracia où l'on peut découvrir la casa Batllo, la Predrera, la plaza de Catalunya, la Rambla... Métro à 5mn à pieds pour sillonner la ville. Quartier calme avec des commerces et facilement accessible dès la sortie d'autoroute en venant du nord (Girone, Figueras, France...). Accueil chaleureux de Vénus à notre arrivée et pour l'état des lieux. Parking sécurisé, ménage, draps, serviettes compris dans la location, ce sont de vrais plus! Nous avons savouré notre séjour. Nous y retournerons et le recommanderons sans hésiter!

Superb apartment in great location

Just spent a very enjoyable break over New Year in this apartment with my wife and teenage son.

The apartment is lovely, just as good as its looks in the photos. All arrival and departure arrangements went like clockwork - even though we were about an hour late in arriving due to a delayed flight we were met with a smile, and Venus was there on the dot at our arranged departure time.

The apartment is on the eight floor of a modern, tranquil block, with a balcony view over the tidy common areas and pools of several blocks. It was clean and well equipped, in fact all that we could have wished. It's located just off Avenue Diagonal, with bus, tram and Metro links nearby - the Metro station was less than 5 minutes stroll away. The beach is maybe about 15 minutes walk, and there are plenty restaurants close by, and more about 10 minutes away in Poblonou. Ditto for shops, ranging from small ones on the corner (the open all hours types) to a huge supermarket at the Forum, about 10 minutes walk away.

Given how good Barcelona's travel system is you can be travel almost anywhere in the city within about 30 minutes by Metro, so the location of the apartment was ideal, and always nice to return to after the hustle and bustle.

Would highly recommend.
