About the Owner

I enjoy the hospitality that we can offer at Low Graythwaite Hall, providing all home cooked foods, which guests occasionally aske for the recipes, from my mother-in-law's Chocolate Almond cake, twice baked cheese souffle, Chicken Leek and Bacon Pie and Sticky Toffee Pudding - for that special ooccasion , I offer a a few canapes to have before dinner and you can enjoy superbly tender Fillet of Beef with Bearnaise Sauce and an Assiette of Puddings, finished off with a cheeseboard.

When I am not cooking or preparing for Guests arrivals, I enjoy walking, in some of the best scenic countryside in the UK.
