About Amanda Brayshaw

I enjoy the hospitality that we can offer at Low Graythwaite Hall, providing all home cooked foods, which guests occasionally ask the recipes for, from my mother-in-law's Chocolate Almond cake, twice baked cheese souffle, Chicken Leek and Bacon Pie and Sticky Toffee Pudding - for that special ooccasion , I offer a a few canapes to have before dinner and you can enjoy superbly tender Fillet of Beef with Bearnaise Sauce and an Assiette of Puddings, finished off with a cheeseboard.

When I am not cooking or preparing for Guests arrivals, I enjoy walking, in some of the most scenic countryside in the UK.

Why Amanda Brayshaw chose England

We moved to Low Graythwaite Hall in 2010 from Harrogate and really enjoy living in this lovely home which is on the Graythwaite Estate. It is great meeting so many interesting people from all over the world.

The Hall has a wealth of character and we have taken great pride in the gardens, which have been transformed since our arrival as they were a little overgrown!! Now the tubs are seasonally planted and the topiary hedge gives an added interest to the gardens.

What makes this unique

Guests love the fact that there is no cooking or washing up - a real treat which allows our visitors to enjoy their time away with family or friends.
