Holiday cottages situated in an idyllic setting within the grounds of an old Cornish farm. Set in set in one of the most spectacular locations in South West Cornwall. Just a short walk to the South West Coastal Path with the picturesque village of Coverack, a working fishing harbour almost untouched by time. Much of the surrounding area is protected by the National Trust, with excellent local cliff walks along the coastal path. Coverack beach is just 1.7miles from the properties with numerous other coves to explore all within easy reach.

Home-from-home - with a twist

Well I'd like to think it was like home but in actual fact it was better! A really thoughtful renovation of an old farmhouse, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and surprisingly cosy for quite a big place. We lacked nothing - from the extremely well equipped kitchen through the comfy living room with its him, hers and someone else's sofas to lounge on in front of the log burner, to the lovely peaceful bedroom - with enough hanging and drawer space for even our cold weather gear!

And as if that wasn't enough, as it was valentine's weekend, we were treated to a tin of home-baked heart-shaped flapjacks, two bunches of beautiful flowers and a bottle of bubbly chilling in the fridge on our arrival! More thoughtful than even my other half!

This is in a glorious place just above one of the nicest seaside villages in Cornwall, which we're both rather fond of. It has the advantage that every time we visit - which admittedly isn't too often - it gets better. This time, there was the addition of a friendly but excellent restaurant - the Harbourlights - with excellent food of a standard you'd not normally expect to find outside a city. Can't wait to do it all over again - but this time we might choose a sunny week in summer!

Perfect for a family getaway

Our family rented The Farmhouse and Dairy for a little getway and for us to spend time with the grandchildren. My daughter and partner found The Dairy the perfect little stay for their little family. The rest of us stayed in The Farmhouse which was fabulous. It was cosy yet we all had our own space. Beautifully decorated and a real home from home. All the necessary creature comforts with a few personal touches. The best part for us was being able to have the whole family sat around the table in the kitchen. We certainly made some very special family memories. Thank you.

What can I say, except absolutely excellent place to stay. It's a well equipped, "home from home". Plenty of room and the large kitchen table was excellent for family meals. The surrounding area is great for long walks, especially the coastal paths. Great access to the Lizard, Porthleven, & Penzance. If peace & quiet is your thing, this is the place to stay. The owners are excellent hosts, made us so welcome and have made this a superb place to stay, thoroughly recommend it and looking forward to booking our next stay.

From the Owner

Close to the South West Coastal path and easily accessible to the market town of Helston and Falmouth. We were very fortunate to secure this lovely farmhouse and barns within easy reach of the picturesque fishing village of Coverack. Now keeping chickens, growing our own fruit and veg we feel that this peaceful and beautiful lanscape that we now call home offers us everything we need. Since buying the property our families have also fallen in love with Cornwall and have also moved to the area.

The Dairy, The Farmhouse & The Carthouse are just 1.5 miles from the pretty fishing village of Coverack with a large sandy beach. Within a short walk from the property are a number of sandy coves and stunning coastline along the coastal path.


St Ives, Falmouth, Marazion, Truro and Penzance are all between 30-45 minutes drive.

Cornish Seal Sanctuary only 15 minutes drive.

The Eden Project just 40 miles.

Only 1.5 miles from the pretty fishing village of Coverack. With a large sandy beach and a number of cafes, shops, restaurants, gallery, pub and windsurfing centre.

With a rural setting only a few minutes from the coastal path and miles of coastline to explore the properties provide a comfortable relaxing place to enjoy your holiday or short break. We want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. So if you would like us to take delivery of your groceries and put them away ready for your arrival, we are happy to arrange this with you. Tesco, Asda & Sainsburys all deliver to The Dairy. If there is anything else we can do to make your stay as memorable as possible please contact us and we will be happy to help e.g. romantic breaks, birthday suprises.
