Our lovely apartment boasts a large terrace, for sun bathing and a covered area ideal for alfresco dinning, while enjoying the sea view. Located within a quite multi national private complex of 22 apartments and with well maintained mature gardens. There is a large and small communal swimming pool with sun beds and parasols provided for you to relax under while you enjoy the stunning sea views. The rocky cove in front of the apartment with its Crystal clear waters is ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The village of Sant Elm and public beach with life guard is only 5 to 10 minutes walk away. With its several bars and restaurants, most with sea views there is a very relaxed atmosphere to enjoy.

I have recently retired, but previously for many years worked as a senior manager within a large organisation, my wife is a nurse specialising in midwifery, having worked in the UK and abroad and now working at a local hospital here in the UK. We live in the north of England. We look forward to our holidays in Sant Elm as much now as we did some 20 years ago, where there is no better place to have a relaxing peaceful holiday, in the sun, with beautiful scenery, beaches, excellent restaurants and always with friendly, welcoming people.

Peaceful & Perfect Retreat

San Telm is unspoilt, has the right mixture of clear water, sun, friendly beach cafes and shops. We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights in June and had a wonderful holiday. 2 adults and a 16 & 17 old who loved it too. The pool at the complex is fantastic with amazing views over the water. Very comfortable accommodation that has everything you need. The patiio has views of the cove (2 min walk to it) where you can watch the boats coming and going from San Telm. Main beach only a pleasant 10 min walk away. Very picturesque place & welcoming people. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely go again!

Pieceful with gorgeous view

We spent 5 nights at this lovely, pieceful place with a gorgeous view of the sea. We travel with 2 kids age 4 and 6, and they enjoyed it too. The private pools were a bid cold this time of year, but we went to the rocks below the appartment and had a great time. The town is only a 8-10 min. walk, and the nearest small beach 5 min. away. St. Elm is an fantastic sweet spot and a very, very nice corner of Mallorca. The apartment itself worked very well for us, a nice spacious terrace and great to be outside and nice surroundings. We rate it 3 stars in terms of space and equipment, there were everything you need in standard quality. We rate the location, the view, the surroundings, the view, the peace and quiet, the beautiful St. Elm and the whole atmposphere at this place 4 stars.

We have been visiting Sant Elm or Santelmo as it used to be called since 1980. We have owned this apartment since 1993. We fell in love with Sant Elm , the people and Mallorca on our first visit. The calmness of the village, the Crystal clear water and beautiful views make you want to return time after time. From people watching to relaxing on the beach, from enjoying lunch or dinner in a restaurant to exploring the many trails in the surrounding country side. Sant Elm has it all for us, and maybe you too.

Activity and Interests


The beaches are within a leisurely 5 to 10 minute walk from the apartment, both are sandy with sunbeds and parasols for hire, also pedalos. there is a lifeguard and first aid station on the beach, with showers and toilet facilities. Refreshments and food may be purchased from the nearby shops, the local bars and restaurants overlook the beach or sea and some have free wifi available.


Nearest Airport: Palma De Mallorca 43 kilometres 45minutes driving

Nearest Ferry: Palma Ferry Port 35 kilometres

Nearest Golf Course: Golf Camp De Mar 10 kilometres

Nearest Beach: Sant Elm 300 metres

Nearest Bar: Sant Elm 50 metres

Nearest Restaurant: 50 metres

A car or use of a car is recommended to enjoy the beauty of the island

There is also a regular local bus service to and from the village

and also an excellent local reliable taxi service to and from the


S'Arraco the nearest village is 5 kilometers away

Andratx Town is quaint with restaurants, shops, and Wednesday morning market

The Port of Andratx is certainly worth a visit with many restaurants, shops, and beautiful scenery

All other well known surrounding holiday resorts are within easy travelling distance for short day trips from Sant Elm

The City of Palma with many Historical areas, wonderful shops, special local events and a marvellous Harbour with super yachts and boats in abundance

Sant Elm is a picturesque Mediterranean fishing village in the South West of the island with sheltered crystal clear waters, safe and clean family beaches, there is also a children’s play area on the main beach. There are stunning views of Dragonara Island and beautiful sunsets. During the summer yachts from around the South West coast can be seen anchored just off shore. Within the village there are local Supermarkets/mini-markets, Patisserie, Souvenir shops, Pharmacy, Ice cream Parlours, Hairdressing Salon, Tourist Information Office, numerous Bars, Restaurants many with Wifi connections. There is a Scuba Diving School also located in the village. Hotels and Apartment Hotels also welcome visitors and offer good service, meals and some evening entertainment as advertised locally. From the village you can access the Margarita a small boat, from the Jetty to take you to explore the Island of Dragonera or to the Port of Andratx.

Several Tour Boats, Glass Bottom Boats visit Sant Elm on a regular basis from other local Mallorcan resorts.

During the milder months, the apartment in Sant Elm offers a perfect base for walking, cycling, or hiking. This area of the Tramuntana mountains and the nearby bird sanctuary of Dragonera has some of the best nature trails and viewpoints of the island.

The village is a tourist resort untouched by the ravishes of commercialism and package holidays. Many Mallorcans have second homes in the village .

This unspoilt village, Sant Elm faces west and later in the year enjoys fantastic sunsets.

The property is in a private gated complex of 22 low rise apartments with the advantage of 2 swimming pools. One large pool and a children's pool these are in a mature garden setting with parasols and sun beds for your use. Both pools enjoy views of the sea. The centre of the village and sandy beaches are a very pleasant 10 minute walk, just perfect to pick up fresh bread and croissants for breakfast.
