A duplex penthouse apartment, beach side Puerto Banus. The apartment is situated in a beautiful and luxurious area. The complex is stylish with Mediterranean architecture set in landscaped gardens with a centre piece communal swimming pool with a separate children’s pool. Being within a stone’s throws walk to the world famous and popular cosmopolitan resort of Puerto Banús and only 200m to the vast stretches of sandy beaches on offer, the development simply could not be better placed with easy access to all the best the coast has to offer in terms of eating out, nightlife, shopping and entertainment facilities. It is close to the fantastic beaches, golf courses, glamorous marina and happening nightlife, and yet the street in which it is situated is quiet and residential. It is in a secure and gated complex with a video alarm system installed in the apartment.

Perfect Holiday in stunning apartment
We have just returned from Marbella today having stayed in this apartment for 7 days. To say the accommodation was perfect for us would be an understatement. Stunning penthouse in a beautiful location. 10 minute walk to the numerous beaches. We virtually had the pool to ourselves the whole time..in August!! Very peaceful..We are a family with 3 teenagers and they loved it. The penthouse on 2 floors made it ideal as a layout. They were in heaven with the TV with English channels and of course wifi!! The jacuzzi was a huge hit all round. The apartment was absolutely spotless with cupboards full of all the essentials..There were even beers in the fridge on arrival. Gunner the rep who meets and greets with the keys is lovely with lots of local knowledge. The walk into Puerto Banus along the sea front is beautiful..about 25 mins but lots to see on the way. The marina itself is just an experience in itself. .The yachts..The cars..The people..awesome! The owners were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole booking process..thank you Beverley for letting us stay. .It was perfect...We will be back.
A GREAT FIND
Have been visiting the Marbella area now for the past 6 years and can honestly say that this was such a good find. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the location brilliant. There were 6 of us in the apartment (4 teenagers) so having 3 bathrooms was a real bonus. The pool and surrounding area was clean and never crowded. The main attraction for us, apart from the apartment, was how close it was to Puerto Banus €8 in a taxi or a pleasant walk along the beach promenade. Equally we enjoyed being close to some excellent restaurants in San Pedro, again a pleasant stroll. The representative the owners use is brilliant - very approachable and helpful.
The owners were very professional and answered any concerns we had very quickly. I would recommend this apartment.
We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment!! It was gorgeous, clean and modern, the penthouse was a great size with 3 balconies and hot tub on the rooftop balcony.
It was perfect distance to Puerto Banus which we walked to almost every night took about 20 minutes but the walk is lovely right on the sea front!
We will definitely be returning!!
A terrific location close to central Puerto Banus, this is a stunning apartment of the highest quality. Large and spacious, with 3 big bedrooms, there's a huge lounge, and 4 balconies! The pool area is great, and it's a three minute walk to the seafront, with the coastal path into town. This place really has no negatives, couldn't recommend it highly enough!
A little gem!
Spotlessly clean and really we'll equipped this is a little gem located within easy walking distance to Puerto Banus. We had a great week and will definitely be booking again for an easy relaxing sunny break. No need to hire a car if you don't care to - well stocked supermarket less than ten minutes flat walk / great flat promenade for lovely beachfront walks and some great little restaurants nearby. Meet and greet service provided is a lovely idea so as to get your bearings around the apartment and area. Owner Beverley is very professional and answered our enquiries promptly. Would strongly recommend a stay here!
Overall we were really pleased with the apartment, it was spacious, modern and clean and located in a quiet residential street. There is a well stocked supermarket within a 15 min walk from the apartment and its only a 5 min walk down to the beach.
We were very much looking forward to using the roof top Jacuzzi during our stay but were a little disappointed to find out that it was not heated.
I would definitely consider booking this apartment again in the future.

Activity and Interests
200 m to beach. Many activities available incl. jet skiing, water skiing, snorkeling etc. Many shopping opportunities including local markets, Marbella's many boutiques and shopping malls.
Nearest airport: Malaga (40 mins)
Car hire is not essential, but will make your stay easier. There are two parking spaces with the apartment. We can offer an airport pick-up service if necessary.
Puerto Banus Marina 15-25 mins walk along beach promonade.
Beach, 200 metres.
Casino: 10 mins walk.
Buddha Beach Bar, 10 min walk.
San Pedro beach promenade is great for a morning run and there are outdoor training apparatus along the route.

To book this apartment a deposit is required. This deposit is also held for breakages and damages during your stay and returned after departure.
Flexible changeover day depending on availability, however Saturdays are preferred.
Notes on prices:
Minimum stay 7 nights. Price discounts negotiable with longer stays, off-peak season
Security deposit to be paid within 5 days of reservation, acts as a booking deposit. It is returned in full within 14 days after departure, providing contract is not breached. Half of the Rental payment is due 60 days prior to departure, the second half of the rental payment is due 14 days prior to departure.
Payments are made via international bank transfer.
