This modern, clean, private, air conditioned, detached villa is situated in the urbanization of La Sella, surrounded by beautiful scenery and picturesque views in a quiet location - only a short drive from the beaches and towns of Denia and Javea.

La Sella has a mini supermarket, restaurant, cafe/bar, gym, internet cafe, pharmacy, information centre, tennis courts, horse riding stables and La Sella Golf Course all in a walking distance from the villa.

Villa comes equipped with a new kitchen, appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, a barbecue and outside shower...

This villa is south facing and benefits from private terraces to enjoy the sun all day. Whilst relaxing on the terraces you can enjoy mountains views, privacy, and a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

The villa Sleeps 4. with 2 large bedrooms, air conditioning in every room, ceiling fans, and tiled floors - to keep the villa cool throughout the Summer months.

The villa is the most private plot on Los Naranjos surrounded by orange trees.

To the rear of the villa is a stunning tropical garden which promotes a beautiful relaxing atmosphere when chilling around the villa. Visit www.jardinalbarda.com

The outside shower is ideal for cooling down. This is made private and is the perfect relaxation for showering anytime of the day in tranquil surroundings.

The living/dining area is open plan and modern furnished, with a new kitchen and appliances. The large living area is bright and stylish with doors leading to spacious terraces. The terraces are ideal for outdoor dining on those warm Summer evenings.

The large communal pool is only available to a small, limited amount of private residents. The pool is only a minutes walk from the villa, with amazing views of the mountains and benefits from the sun all day. The pool is secure, gated and fully maintained every week.

The pool has a deep end ideal for diving, with additional dipping pool, large enough for swimming lengths and terraces ideal for sunbathing and a cooling shower. Even during the Spring and Summer months the pool is rarely used.

A Welcome Pack is available upon request.

A full clean is provided prior to your stay. Two week plus lets will include a mid-week clean and change of bed linen. Bathroom Towels are provided.

A variety of traditional and modern restaurants, bars, shopping outlets, supermarkets, ice cream parlours, stunning beaches, water sports and a Spa are all available in the local towns of Denia and Javea - both only 2km from the villa.

Denia has an outstanding Marina and Harbour offering various water sports and exclusive restaurants/coffee shops catering for the whole family.

Denia and Javea both have retro night markets and a very good night life. During the Summer months many festivals and firework displays take place.

If you enjoy walking or exploring there are many walks available with stunning views and Denia Castle is must see too....

All windows are fitted with shutters which are operated inside which makes it perfect for keeping the rooms cool in the summer months. Outside Terrace Furniture and Sunbeds are provided. Lovely villa in quiet location.

This is a comfortable, well maintained villa in a quiet residential area. It has a new kitchen, is nicely furnished and has everything a family of four may need, especially air con in the bedrooms. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. There was a linen and towel change half way through our holiday which was appreciated. The owner was always available to answer any questions before and after booking. The swimming pool is one minute's walk away and even though it is a shared pool we often had it to ourselves during the day. There is one restaurant within walking distance and Denia is a ten minute drive. We liked a restaurant called Bar BBQ Fuego. The location of this villa makes it a good base to explore this part of Spain. Valencia is an hour's drive and worth a visit. The nicest beach we found was El Portet at Moraira. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant

Loved it. Villa fantastic like a home from home. Probably the best self catering accomodation we have stayed in. Swimming pool is great and very quiet and no more than a 30 second walk is like having your own pool as is that close. Great location in between Denia and Javea. Lovely restaurant within walking distance. Will definitely return. Owner fantastic and nothing too much trouble. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic

Can't recommend this property enough. Definitely the best self catering villa we have stayed in. Accommodation and equipment great, like a home from home. Pool great and quiet. Restaurant within walking distance is lovely. Location brilliant half way between Denia and Javea. Owner brilliant and very heplful and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Am sure we will return again as had a fantastic time.

Third visit to this villa and it is just as great!

We have spent three weeks in this villa every Spring since 2015 and we just love it and will hopefully come again next year. Everything is so comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the new wicker chairs on the patio. Kate is so friendly and cannot do enough for you. We highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful Villa, we had a great holiday.

This is an amazing Villa, so clean and so well set up for holidaymakers with air conditioning, large TV with UK channels, DVD player, lovely terraces to sit out on, well equipped kitchen, private parking etc. It is very private. We loved the heated outdoor shower at the Villa.

The property exceeded our expectations. It is located in a lovely, quiet village. Within walking distance there is a well stocked shop, Internet cafe, restaurant etc.

The swimming pool was excellent and is literally across the road.

We visited Javea and Denia whilst we were there, both very appealing and nearby.

Kate, the owner is extremely helpful and friendly and gave us lots of advice.

No hesitations in recommending the Villa, we hope to return very soon!

BEST VILLA I HAVE EVER STAYED IN

I have stayed in many villas in my time and this one is the best it is very beautiful and clean.It is very easy to find the location is ideal for everyone as within walking distance there is a restaurant the food is very good as is the wine there is a small supermarket,internet cafe,golf course,horse riding,tennis courts,the villa is very private and quiet the swimming pool right next door to the villa is also very quiet.The owner is also very helpful and goes out her way to make sure you have a perfect holiday.I will be revisiting this villa again definitely
