This is a modern apartment which combines space, (108m), a fresh décor finished to a very high standard, and fantastic light though large windows on three sides. Having just been fully refurbished in 2011, it includes oak floors throughout, 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen (with granite work surfaces and Siemens appliances), and fully recessed doors to the balcony, allowing for “al fresco” dining in the summer months. This ideal location gives access to the Grand Plage, Les Halles food market and the shops of St Charles all within 5-10 minutes. Porte Vieux is 10 minutes away and there is a golf course within a half hour walk. The flat includes 1 car parking space at the Vinci secure car park 200 meters away.

Spacious, clean and extremely well appointed.

Our 3rd holiday in Biarritz but our first on this remarkably spacious apartment. There were just 2 of us so it felt very luxurious indeed to have a bathroom each! Lots of info in the book left for guests, many English books on the shelf, English-speaking DVDs, family and adult. Many items to amuse and occupy any kids you might have brought along with you!

It's very close to the town and beach. A visit to Les Halles essential if you're doing any catering in the amazingly well equipped kitchen (lovely Siemens oven, hob and dishwasher + easy to use washing machine and dryer). Biarritz is a fabulous town and we enjoyed a visit to the Chocolate Museum too.

Only one head-scratcher for me, as Head Cook: I found that a couple of the pans provided didn't work on the induction hob.

Excellently situated, well-equipped, comfortable and quiet apartment

As per other reviews, everything you could need for a successful holiday is provided, and we especially appreciated not having to hire bedlinen or bring towels, which is quite unusual in France. The photos and description are accurate. It really is a bright and airy apartment. The initial supplies kept us going for several days, and the apartment is near enough to 2 lovely artisan boulangeries to nip out for breakfast croissants or whatever other delicacy takes your fancy. It is an easy walk to all the main attractions of Biarritz and because the apartment is in a "normal" block of flats and not a holiday complex you readily feel part of the town, and have a more authentic French experience. The car-park is a few minutes' walk from the apartment. We always managed to get a space on the ground floor of the car park, but not sure how busy it would be in high season.

There is plenty of information left in the apartment, but some of this needs to be updated - a few of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the flat appear to have changed ownership and/or name. We would recommend "Les Baigneuses" near the Port Vieux, for excellent food and ambiance, and the Cafe de Paris overlooking the sea on Place Bellevue, again for excellent food, and traditional, attentive service - really recommend the turbot if it's on the menu!

We would definitely stay in the aparment again if we come back to Biarritz

Great address

Wonderful, well equipped apartment. The apartment was clean and the welcome basket/foods were a lovely touch. Especially the bottle of wine! Everything in Biarritz is within walking distance. Highly recommend it!

What a wonderful holiday we had in beautiful Biarritz. The apartment was perfectly located and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony sipping wine and watching the sensational sunsets. Thank you.

Quite amazing place...perfect location, perfect amenities

Despite the weather, the week in Biarittz and at Nick's apartment was wonderful. Perfect location close to everything, the flat was spacious and very clean. It was full of everything you needed and more, well decorated, quiet and airy. We couldn't ask for me in the apartment. Thanks Nick.

Fabulous Apartment

We loved this wonderfully equipped, airy and spacious (we were 6) apartment. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for at least 6 people; the accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean! Location is great too, 5 minute slow walk to the beaches or centre of town. Car parking easy and secure. I cannot think why you would stay elsewhere!
