Bayview Escape is a self catering holiday let in Carbis bay with spectacular sea views. It is a spacious and bright four bedroom, three bathroom (one being a shower room) dormer bungalow which will sleep 9 people in comfort. it is located on the seaward side of Carbis bay, just a short walk from the beach, and within easy reach of St Ives. There is a lovely garden, and a very large decked area to the rear of the property. From here you can sit and admire the view across St Ives bay to Godrevy lighthouse, and the town of St Ives. Alternatively, the views can be enjoyed from the conservatory. The property has a lovely open plan lounge/dining room with a wood burning stove for the winter evenings, and spectacular views across the bay. Walking distance to local shops, bars and restaurants. Cot and high chair available. Close to coastal path. Near to children's park. Off-road parking for two cars.

Well behaved dogs are accepted between September and March.

Bayview Escape is an amazing property!

I was pleasantly surprised at the very high standards within the property, everything was perfect. The cleanliness exceptional and your welcome folder very detailed.

The welcome pack you offer your guests was beautifully laid out and the Tassimo coffee machine a great added extra.

The outside area is fantastic and the views to die for.

Driving - Use the motorway network to travel south west, join the M5 southbound to Exeter, from Exeter take the A30 towards Penzance. At Hayle leave the A30 and follow the signs to St Ives and Carbis Bay.

By Rail - Nearest national rail network station is St Erth [SER] change trains at St Erth to Carbis Bay station [CBB] located on the St Ives branch line. Alternatively the Apartment is a 4 mile taxi ride from St Erth.

By Air - Nearest airport is Newquay approx 30 miles from the property.

Further Details:

Bayview Escape is located in Carbis Bay which is on the outskirts of St Ives. As the town itself can get very busy, we feel that it is ideal to have the ability to access St Ives very easily, but still be able to escape the hustle and bustle.

A 5 minute walk down the hill from the property takes you to Carbis Bay train station from where you can take a scenic journey along the coastline into the town.

A 5 minute walk to the top of the hill, and you can take the bus into town.

Alternatively there is a lovely 40 minute walk along the coast path.

There is a beach shop selling snacks, and the Carbis Bay Hotel behind the beach is open to non-residents. St Ives has a large selection of bars and restaurants, but if you prefer not to venture too far, there are a few restaurants a short walk from the property. There is a large supermarket, two minutes drive away.
